How to Put on Music Video Codes on Xanga

1. Find the codes for music videos that you want to use on your website. YouTube has many music videos and video clips of your favorite television shows and movies. Get Music Video Codes is another. This website updates the codes daily, by the most recent additions and the most popularly used ones.
2. Click on the song title when you find one you like, if you're using Get Music Video Codes. This takes you to a separate page where you have the chance to preview the song and video before making a decision. It's important to watch the video on any site before adding it since the video may be removed.

3. Copy the HTML code found on the bottom of the screen, or the right hand side of the screen, depending on which site you use. This HTML code contains all the data need to set the music video on your page and is known as the music video code.
4. Log into Xanga by entering your user name and password. Look for the Edit option and select Look Feel from the options listed. The Edit option appears on the main page as soon as you log into your account and the Look Feel is listed underneath that.
5. Find the JavaScript Module at the bottom and paste the HTML code into your page and add a name or title above it. If you want a short description such as 'My Favorite Videos' or something similar, add that above the code. Preview the look of your music video on your page by selecting Preview. Then select Save Changes on the bottom of the page to save your code.

How to Generate Money Posting Google AdSense Links

1. Write down a list of keyword phrases that generate traffic in a niche you're interested in. Google helps you through their keyword generator, a link on their site. You can find out the competition from advertisers — the higher the better for you — and how many searches per month the keyword phrase generates.
2. Use the keyword in the domain name of your site. If the phrase isn't available, add a number or word at the end. For example 'how to reduce debt' is already used, add now, fast, right away, or quickly to the domain name.

3. Register the domain name and hire a web host. Most hosts give you the option of hosting a blog or a static website. The blog requires no coding on your part. The installation can be controlled from your control panel of your web host.
4. Write 10 blog posts of about 400 words each. Each post should be written around a keyword phrase related to your domain name. Use the phrase in the title of the blog and at least twice, but not more than four times in the body of the blog post. Post the blogs every other day.
5. Apply for a Google AdSense publisher account. Continue to post to your blog every three days or so until your Google account is approved.
6. Set up the types of ads you want. Google gives you the option of different sizes of ad blocks as well as colors. For example, the 120-by-600 size is meant to appear in a side bar of your web page. Copy the code and place it on your blog.
7. Promote your blog using backlinks and article distribution. Tweet your posts, ping them and use social bookmarking as well. Driving traffic to your website is key. The more traffic the higher the probability your ads will be clicked on. You only get paid for a clickthrough.

How to Make an Adult Website

1. Design your web site. You need to know what your content will be and where you will get it. Are you going to write the text and take the pictures yourself? Do you have anyone who can give you a hand? If not, you'll have to hire someone. A website needs content in order to generate visitors. Content needs to be updated regularly to keep visitors coming back. It's the number of returning visitors that generates web income.
2. Use web design software to build the web pages you will upload to your web host with an FTP (File Transfer Protocol) program. There are many web design programs that work like word processors and will allow you to easily create web pages with little or no knowledge of HTML. Dreamweaver is a popular choice, but if you want to keep the budget down, there are free programs capable of doing a good deal of the work for you.

3. Find a web host and secure a domain name. Many web hosting services will register a domain name for you if you use their hosting services. The cost is usually included in the hosting fee. When choosing a web hosting service, make sure they give you plenty of storage space. An adult web site is normally graphic intensive, and graphics take up space. Once you begin uploading files to your web host, you'll see how quickly space gets used.
4. Gather photographs for your website. Many adult websites reuse the same content. This may be cheaper, but it's not a good way to create a site people will want to come back to. Try to get original material. This means hiring your own models and taking photographs specifically for your site. Follow the law. Models need to be of legal age. You should always get a signed model release and keep it on file. Laws pertaining to adult web sites vary (see Resources section below) and should be studied before you go live with your site.
5. Design a home page that shows nothing revealing. Make sure you clearly identify the website as an adult website and state that no one under the legal age to view such material should enter.
6. Make your adult web site membership based. You can provide a small tour giving samples of the kind of material your subscribers will have access to. Be specific and truthful about your content. On each sample page, make a link to a page where your visitors can sign up for a monthly membership. The price you charge for the monthly membership is up to you. Keep it reasonable enough to entice members to stick around.
7. Promote your web site and optimize it for web search engines. Use good keywords. Most web design programs make it easy for you to insert keywords that will make your web site more prominent in a search engine query. Advertise your site on other websites. Work out deals with other web sites to exchange banners. The more traffic you can generate and keep, the more successful your adult website will be.

How to Make Money Using the Web

1. Decide on a topic for a blog website. Blog websites give you the platform to voice your opinion, write about issues that interest you and, hopefully, attract interested readers. Think about what you're interested in and decide on a topic within that genre. Search for your topic and look for other trending issues and items at places such as Google Trends, Yahoo Buzz and Amazon Bestsellers to determine if what you're interested in is a popular topic.
2. Set up your blog. Purchase a domain name and basic Web hosting plan through a domain registrar and Web host such as Go Daddy, Host Gator or Namecheap. Choose a domain name that's short in length and relevant to your topic to help visitors identify what your blog is about. Install a content management system on your website--a system for holding and managing all your Web content such as WordPress, Joomla or Drupal--so that you can get started quickly with adding content and writing blog posts. Hire a professional or freelance graphic and website designer from oDesk.com, iFreelance or Project4Hire to assist in getting your site designed and set up.

3. Begin developing your blog. Write blog posts that feature your opinion and 'take' on important issues and matters related to your topic. Upload photos, videos and other multimedia where appropriate to stimulate visitors' interest and to contribute to a well-developed blog website.
4. Advertise your website to generate awareness about your blog and to attract visitors. Post a link to your blog on your social networking profiles such as MySpace, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter. Submit one of your blog posts to social bookmarking sites like Delicious, Digg or Reddit. Post a link to your blog in your 'signatures' on message boards, forums and email messages.
5. Display text advertising on your website through pay-per-click programs. These programs are essentially affiliate advertising programs that pay you for each of your website visitors that clicks on one of the vendor's ads. Sign up with one of these programs--examples include Google AdWords, Bidvertiser and Yahoo Publisher network--and paste the publisher code given to you in the pages of your website to begin displaying advertisements.
6. Sign up with a paid-to-post network. Online paid-to-post networks such as PayPerPost, ReviewMe and SponsoredReviews pay bloggers to write blog posts featuring positive commentaries and reviews about products and services from advertisers. Earnings vary by paid-to-post networks, but bloggers can earn anywhere from $10 to $50 or more per sponsored blog post.
7. Sell digital content on your blog. Create an eBook, special report or audio podcast on a specific issue related to your blog's topic. Write a blog post featuring the digital content, listing the features and benefits of downloading such a product. Place a 'buy now' button on your site from a payment gateway such as PayPal or Google Checkout to give visitors a way to pay for the products.

How to Make a Blog Step

1. Think up an idea for your blog. If you would like to blog about fashion, then think of the kind of fashion you want to blog about -- high fashion, street style, fashion for high school girls, etc. You do not necessarily have to be an expert in your field.
2. Decide whether blogging will be a fun hobby for you, or if you want to make money from your blogging. Making a profit from your blog takes more time than blogging for a hobby. You need to learn how to market your blog, write for an audience and establish sponsors and advertising.

3. Think up a title and a domain name. Choose a name for your blog that is memorable, catchy and unique. Your domain name should be easy for readers to remember. Popular blogger Gala Darling says that when it comes to blog titles, 'ultimately, it's up to you, though I would urge you to get something short, without dashes, and preferably something you don't have to spell out to people. You should be able to yell it across a rowdy bar and have someone understand you.'
4. Find a blogging platform. Various blogging platforms, such as Blogsite, Wordpress, and OnSugar, are free and make it simple for you to build your own blog without knowing html or CSS. These platforms offer a variety of blog layouts and templates to choose from that you can customize with your own colors, fonts and images. You can set up your own domain name through these platforms for a monthly fee. If you would like your blog to become more technical and professional, Wordpress offers a professional platform that you can download and install. This platform requires you to purchase a domain and web hosting from a hosting site such as GoDaddy.com.
5. Design your blog. You can design your blog yourself or hire a professional to do it for you. Design a logo for your blog that is recognizable by readers and is an appealing image to put on ads. Choose a color scheme and a font that will make it easy to read.
6. Write unique and appealing content. Professional blogger Darren Rowse says that in a blog post, 'make your opinion known, link like crazy, write less (around 250 words), make headlines snappy, scatter the posts with keywords to make it searchable, be consistent with your style, and edit before publishing.' Even if you are writing your opinion, your posts should be researched and sourced with external links and citations to back up what you are saying.
7. Create advertising on your blog. Ask established stores that sell products related to what you are blogging about to sponsor you. Check out Google Adsense and various other pay-per-click marketing tools. These sites pay you for the amount of times blog readers click on their ads. Spread the word about your new blog to fellow writers. Advertise your blog on Facebook, Myspace and Twitter. Set up social networks so that your readers can interact.

How to Write Adsense Ads for Google

1. Create a Google AdWords account. Creating an account is free and easy, just go to the link in the 'Resources' section at the bottom. If you already have a Gmail account just use that as your login. Go to the Google AdWords homepage after registering for it.
2. Start a Google AdWords campaign. Keep in mind that these ads are not free. Advertising costs money, and for each time your ad is displayed you will be charged, although you can set the maximum amount you wish to pay each day. From the Google AdWords homepage, click on the 'Create online campaign' drop down menu in the upper right area of the screen. Click on the 'keyword targeted' option.

3. Configure the basic parameters of your advertisement. The first option is for you to name your advertising campaign. Name it something memorable that you will know with a glance. The other options are pretty self-explanatory, including what locations you want your advertisement to be displayed in, whether you want it displayed on mobile devices and how much you're willing to spend on it each day. Click on the 'Save and Continue' button at the bottom of the screen.
4. Organize and design your advertisement. At the top of the window, you need to create a group in which your advertisement will be in. If you need to write three different advertisements for the same website, it would be a good idea to put them inside the same group. After that, it's time for the design of the advertisement. There are five lines to write: the headline, two description lines, a display URL and a destination URL. These will be the actual words that are displayed on your advertisement, so choose them wisely based upon your advertising needs.
5. Select your keywords. After you've designed your ad, you need to tell Google when you want your advertisement to display. Scroll down to the 'Keywords' section. Choose your keywords carefully, but don't fret too much since you can change them later as needed.
6. Select your bids. Go to the 'Default bid' bar. This is how much you're willing to pay for your advertisement per user click. If you choose too little, your advertisement will never appear highly since you will be outbid. Google will attempt to always put your advertisement on the top of others advertisements until your 'Default bid' is reached, so if you set a higher default bid, then you have a higher chance at landing on top.
7. Save the ad group and configure payment options. When everything else has been selected, left click on the 'Save ad group' button in the lower right corner. If you have yet to put money into your Google AdWords account, Google will now ask you for that.

How to Make Money With Adsense

1. Visit Google's Adsense page, and sign up for a free account.
2. Create a website or a blog on a topic that you would like to write about.

3. Create original content on the topic of your choice. For instance if you create a site or blog about golf, keep your articles relevant. This content will attract visitors and traffic and ultimately make you money when visitors click on Adsense Ads.
4. Place the Adsense code in your website along the left hand side of the page vertically. This works best as people read left to right. You can also blend the Adsense in your content in a horizontal row above the page and in between content.
5. Post your blog or site on social networking sites to get traffic. Make sure to place it in an appropriate category.
6. Ping your site or blog at a ping service. Also be sure to ping each time you add new content. Pinging is a way to let sites know when you have added fresh new content. This will also help to bring traffic to your site.
7. Submit short articles about your site or blog topic to article directories. In your article place a link to your blog or site. This will help to get you more traffic.

How to Set up AdSense for YouTube

1. Read the YouTube Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. Make sure that your account is fully compliant with these guidelines. Any breach of these terms or guidelines may jeopardize your application.
2. Verify that you have permission to use all of the content in all of your videos and that you have the legal right to earn revenue from that content. This includes the video, pictures, audio and text.

3. Create a YouTube account, if you have not done so already. Upload several original videos to your YouTube account.
4. Encourage people to watch and share your videos. You'll need thousands of unique views before YouTube will accept your application. Watch the viewer counter on the bottom right of your videos.
5. Upload new videos on a regular basis. The frequency of your uploads is considered when YouTube reviews your application.
6. Apply to the YouTube Partnership Program when you meet their eligibility requirements. When your application is accepted, apply to YouTube's revenue sharing program.

How to Raise the AdSense CTR

1. Place ads above the fold. The 'fold' is the area of the screen a visitor sees without scrolling down the page. If a visitor arrives on your page, but decides it is not relevant to his needs he will 'bounce' or leave your site immediately. However, if an AdSense block sits above the fold, the visitor may see an ad related to his needs and click on it.
2. Place ads at the end of content. On content rich pages where you have articles focused on helping people solve a problem, place an ad block directly underneath the content. If the content is interesting and relevant to the keywords used by the visitor to find your page, he will read to the end of the article. Clicking on an ad related to the topic he has been reading about, is a natural progression if he is interested in the subject.

3. Blend ads to match your blog. Ads that have the same color background and borders as your site are more likely to be clicked, as visitors don't see them as ads but more as content related to your site. Make the title of the ad a bright bold color that stands out, or make them the standard blue link color. Internet users are programmed to click on blue links, and using a link color they are accustomed to can help increase CTR.
