How to Make Money Through Hits on the Internet

How to Make Money through Hits on the Internet
1. Sign up for the Adsense program at Google.com, as this is one of the fastest ways to capitalize off your hits. Adsense is an advertising network full of advertisers that want to place ads on websites and compensate website owners, or 'publishers,' for clicks on their ads. To get an account, Adsense requires information about you and your site. Once you have an account, place the Adsense code on your website and you can start making money within minutes. A click on an ad on your site can cost an advertiser as little as five cents, of which Google gets a cut before you do, so do not expect Adsense to be incredibly lucrative.
2. Explore other advertising networks that better suit your needs by searching for 'ad networks' on search engines. While Adsense is one of the biggest ad networks, it is not necessarily the best one for every publisher, and some advertising networks compensate at higher rates for particular sites.

3. Sell your own ad space. Ad networks do the selling for you, leaving you to worry about the hits you are generating for you website. However, ad networks take a percentage of the revenue you generate for having made the sell with the advertisers. To eliminate ad networks' percentage of the revenue you generate, sell ad space on your website directly to advertisers. This is nearly impossible to do unless you have hundreds of thousands of hits per month; nevertheless, you get all of the revenue you generate if you are able to make the sales yourself.
4. Sign up for an affiliate program. This type of program allows a publisher to work directly with an advertiser and earn a predetermined amount of money for each action the publisher generates for the advertiser. For example, if someone on your website clicks on one of your advertiser's links and that person goes on to buy something from the advertiser, you will get a percentage, or set amount, of that purchase paid to you. An effective way to use affiliate programs is to work with advertisers in an industry directly related to the content generating hits for your website, such as using StubHub.com's affiliate program on a website about buying cheap event tickets.
5. Sell your own products. If you are not interested in being the middle man, you can always use hits on your website as a means to sell your own products. You can place links on your website in the same way you would with an advertising network or affiliate program, only these links can take people to your own store, where you sell your own products.

How to Get Companies to Advertise on Your Website

1. Fill your website with copy that is relevant to your subject matter and filled with appropriate keywords. For instance, if your website is about cooking, it should contain general keywords that are relative to cooking, such as 'cooking,' 'cooking tips,' 'recipes' and/or more specific keywords such as 'vegetarian cooking' or 'dessert recipes.' Use Google's keyword tool to find keywords relative to your site. These keywords will help you find relative advertisers
2. Sign up for a free account with Google AdSense, which is Google's advertising program that works with affiliated companies to automatically place advertising on your website.

3. Enter your website address and other information about your website, such as the primary language, your country, personal information, and PayPal account information. When your account setup is complete, Google will automatically place ads on your website that are relative to its content; for instance, a cooking website may have ads from Pampered Chef, Bed Bath and Beyond and Food Network. Every time a visitor clicks on a Google ad on your website, you earn money. Thus, it is important that your website is optimized for the search engines and receives a lot of traffic.
4. Search for an affiliate program to place additional ads on your site. Online services like Amazon.com's affiliate program work similar to Google AdSense. When you sign up with the Amazon affiliate program, ads for Amazon.com and Endless.com are placed on your website. You earn money every time a visitor clicks on an ad. The program is free and simply requires you to create an account to begin.

How to Make Money as a Clickbank Affiliate

1. Build a website. Blogger and Wordpress offer free blogs, and you can buy a domain if you don't want the 'blogspot' or 'wordpress' sub domain name added.
2. Choose A Niche You Want To Promote. It is easier to get sales an products that you know something about. Use your website to promote products similar to your niche and it will be easier to convert leads into sales. Many advertisers make the mistake of promoting a wide range of products when it is easier to sell when you are viewed as reputable.

3. Choose Quality Products That Have High Conversion Rates. Having the most expensive products doesn't mean people will buy it. The more inexpensive the product, and the better the quality and conversion rate, the higher the chance they will buy. Search around for sites and other affiliate programs that have the right type of products you want.
4. Promote your website. Make accounts with YouTube, Myspace, Stumbleupon, Digg, and Facebook and invite users to check out your website. Make videos on youtube talking about your website and interact with others in the community. Some people will promote you if they find your website helps them, and that leads more people to your page, leading to more views for the product you sell.
5. Consider making a free members area. If people are interested in your website they will join and you can add them to your mailing list and offer them products occasionally. Don't spam them though. You want to build trust and actually offer them helpful items.
6. Keep Working At It. There are many ways to make a quick buck, but they can not compare to the lasting effect of building traffic and interest in your site. Keep working at optimizing your website and fine tuning the products you sell. Mess around with features and bring freshness to your page and you will benefit. You too can have success with affiliate marketing if you work at it.

How to Advertise Personal Training

1. Use online resources. Establish a website that provides information about your credentials, your overall bio, how you can be contacted and the services you provide. You may also try to provide useful information to generate traffic to your site, such as fitness and weight loss tips, articles on fitness and areas for visitors to comment or upload information. Enrolling in an internet advertisement program like Google adsense may also help your website generate revenue and visibility. Social networking sites might also prove useful. Set up a fan site for your personal training services. You might also establish a personal training blog that you update regularly with fitness news and personal reflections on your trade.
2. Become an expert. Offer to be a guest speaker about fitness and personal training. Don't underestimate the value of the venue for your speaking engagements. A high school gym class, a church or a local civic center may all prove useful for getting your name out there. Try to keep your talk funny and engaging -- be memorable. Demonstrate physical activities and ask for audience participation to help you in any demonstrations. You might also upload personal training videos and speeches to online video forums like YouTube.

3. Use traditional fliers. Traditional fliers and business cards are still useful sources of advertising. Get permission to post your services at your local health club center's bulletin boards. Use the areas near the elevator of local office buildings or apartment complexes. Try to create a flier that is catchy, is free of spelling errors and has colorful graphics. Use a gimmick in your flier to get people hooked. For example, advertise for a free fitness demonstration that you will provide in the community. Dress professionally (clean workout suit, not skin-tight spandex) and put on a great performance. Offer a discount if people sign up for your services immediately after the demonstration.
4. Join a professional organization. Many personal training certification programs also offer membership services. Their websites will often have a link that lets visitors look through a directory of certified members who are available for services. Professional organizations like the National Academy of Sports Medicine also provide great networking opportunities with others in the field. Use those networking events to find out what the competitive rates are for services and marketing techniques that work for your colleagues.
5. Encourage referrals. Encourage your satisfied clients to tell their friends about you. Offer a free training session for every referral that they make. Be a great trainer and help your client to obtain noticeable results. There's no doubt that if they've had dramatic weight loss their friends and family will want to know how they did it.

How to Add Google AdSense to Your Blog

1. Apply for an AdSense account using your Google ID or create a new Google ID for use with your AdSense account. Check your email inbox after you submit your application; Google will send an email soon after you apply, and you must click a link in the message to confirm your AdSense application and send it for review. Once submitted, it can take a few days to a week or more for the AdSense team to approve your account.
2. Log in to your AdSense account once the account is approved. Click the 'My Ads' tab on the main AdSense interface to view your AdSense ad units. You won't have any ad units yet, so click the 'Content Ads' option on the sidebar, and then click the ' New' link to begin creating a new ad unit for your blog.

3. Customize your ad unit. Give it a name, select an ad unit size, ad type, color scheme and other customization options on the 'New Ad Unit' setup page. Ideally, you should select a 728-by-90 ad unit for your initial ad unless you have another size in mind. Consult the preview pane to view changes to your ad unit as you make them. Once you are satisfied, click the 'Save and Get Code' button to save your ad unit and obtain the code that you will need to implement the ad. Click your mouse inside the box containing the ad code and press “Ctrl-A” on your keyboard to select the code if it is not already selected. Press 'Ctrl-C' to copy the code to your system clipboard.
4. Navigate to your blog and log in to the administrative dashboard or control panel. Then, open the 'index.php,' 'home.php' or similarly named file that represents your blog’s home page in your blog layout editor. If the blog is hosted on your own website, you may be able to edit the files directly from the site's file manager or via an FTP connection.
5. Look through the code on your blog page and locate the '
' code that opens the header or content area of your blog. If you have specific text in your header or at the top of the content area, you can find it quickly by pressing 'Ctrl-F' to access your browser or file editor's text search function. Click at the bottom of the header code or at the top of the content area code, and then press 'Ctrl-V' to paste the ad code into your page. Save the page.
6. Load your blog in your Web browser. Take note of the position of the ad that you just inserted into the page; it should appear below the header of your blog or at the top of the content area. Make adjustments to your ad code, such as adding center-justified paragraph tags or other HTML or PHP code as needed to position the ad exactly where you want it. Google ads might not display immediately; instead, generic ads may appear until Google has properly indexed your blog to optimize ad content.
7. Create additional ad units to place in your blog, repeating the above procedure. You can add a banner ad to the left or right side of your blog's content area, or you can use 350x350 square ads to fill space between your blog roll and other sidebar content. An additional horizontal banner can be placed halfway down the screen between blog posts to increase ad visibility without overwhelming your visitors.
8. Open the PHP file that you use to generate individual blog post pages and repeat the ad placement procedure on that page, too. This will insert ads into individual blog posts, ensuring that AdSense ads will display even if visitors reach your blog from external links and don't actually view your blog’s home page.

How to Make Money With YouTube.com

The Basics to Profiting on YouTube
1.

Understand that step one--creating a video--is probably the hardest part of making money on YouTube. Start out by coming up with an idea. If you have a special skill, you can create a video tutorial. If you are good at video editing you could make a parody of a popular music video or a short animated story.
2. Record your idea and give it some sort of unique flair. Some of the most popular ongoing YouTube series include strong recognizable characters.

3. Before uploading your video to YouTube open it in your favorite video editing program and add a watermark directing users to your website.
4. Of course, you will need a website to capitalize off of this method. Websites like Google Page Creator offer the tools you will need to do this for free.
5. Prepare your website by adding content and placing ads. The content can be minimal--perhaps a compilation of your YouTube work. The key is not to keep people on your site, but to get them clicking ads. Google AdSense provides ads that will target your user based on content and pay you for each click.
6. Upload your video to YouTube. Remember to link your website in the video and also in the description page.
Using YouTube as a Tool
7. Instead of using YouTube to direct traffic to your site, you will learn how to use YouTube to add content to your website. This time, start by creating a website with Google Page Creator. Remember to include advertisements.
8. Browse YouTube and find videos you would like to place on your site. It does not matter if these videos are not yours. Simply choose videos you like that will go well together. You can focus on comedy, politics, useful guides or anything else that can be grouped.
9. Now that you have found the videos you would like to use, copy the code next to 'Embed' on the right side of the video and paste it into your site. The video will show up in a box on your homepage.
10. Build content around the videos that you have chosen. If you used cooking videos, arrange them in an easy to use manner with ingredients clearly listed. Add witty commentary to a collection of funny videos. Figure out what it will take to attract users to your website.
11. Now that YouTube has provided you with content to fuel your site, use other methods to advertise. Tell family and friends. Write the address wherever you can. Put signs up around your school or work. The goal is to create traffic to click your ads as much as possible.
