How do I Monetize a Free Website?

1. Go to the Google Adsense website (see Resources). Sign up for an Adsense account. Select the size you want your ads to be and the color scheme for both the background and text of the the ads. Copy the html code the site generates after you've completed the ad design. Take that code and place it on your site to make Google Adsense ads display on your webpages.
2. Go the ClickBank website (see Resources). Sign up for an account. Search for a product in the Clickbank marketplace that interests you either by putting keywords in the search box or searching by category. Click on the product and copy your personal Clickbank hop code for the product. Paste the code onto your site where you want an advertisement for the product to display.

3. Create your own product by writing an ebook or an informational report. You can also hire a freelancer to write the ebook or report for you. Go to a site like Ejunkie and upload your informational product. Ejunkie will give you a code you can place on your site that will produce a 'buy now' graphic and send people to download your product. Put the html code on your site.

How to Get an Adsense Account Reinstated

1. Write to Google to explain that you have not violated their Terms of Service. Keep your tone pleasant and offer to provide evidence to show that any clicks on your site are legitimate. Grovel a bit if necessary and ask for a human review. Google will ask you for information before they consider your appeal.
2. Provide the information requested by Google about your publisher ID, website URL, the source of your traffic, your site's audience and any other relevant information. This will show Google that you are serious about your appeal.

3. Collect evidence of the reasons for the suspicious clicks that have led to the Adsense ban. Sometimes a surge in traffic can look suspicious, but if one of your pages has featured on Digg that is a possible explanation. Server logs can also show whether traffic is valid, so keep a backup of these.
4. Continue to write to Google every couple of days. Ask for updates on the review process and include more evidence which will support you case for having Google lift the ban on your Adsense account.
5. Wait for a decision. It may take up to 30 days to get a decision on the Adsense ban. If you have provided enough evidence of your innocence, once the decision is made you will get a letter from Google that your appeal has been successful.

How to Make Money Fast Without a Social Security Card

1. Provide personal services in your neighborhood. There are a variety of ways that you can make money fast by doing things such as babysitting, tutoring students, running errands, mowing lawns, house cleaning and dog walking. Be sure to check with all of your family members, friends and neighbors to find out if they could use your services; and don't forget to inform them of your prices.
2. Gather your old items and have a yard sale. Look around your house for things that you no longer use and try to sell them. You are bound to have some old clothes, house decorations or appliances that you can sell for a reasonable price. Don't forget to create some fliers and post them around your neighborhood to let everyone know about your yard sale. You may even choose to place an advertisement in your local newspaper, in order to reach more people.

3. Visit a local pawn shop. Many people go to pawn shops to get fast money for their personal items. Nowadays, you can practically pawn just about anything of value, such as jewelry, electronics, tools, leather jackets and purses. In order to pawn something, you will need to show the pawnbroker a valid photo ID (like a driver's license), but you certainly do not need to have a social security card.
4. Sell your things online. Take some photos of your personal items and try to sell them on sites such as eBay and Craigslist. Be sure to post high-quality pictures and include a detailed description of the product(s) that you are trying to sell. Using the Internet to sell your personal items is a rather effective way to earn a significant amount of money in a short amount of time.
5. Create a blog to make some extra money. If you enjoy sharing your thoughts and feelings with others and you are somewhat computer savvy, perhaps you should try blogging as a way to generate some extra cash. You can create a free blog through 'Blogger,' and you earn money by placing Google ads on your page. Please note that you will need to sign up for a free Google AdSense account in order to earn money through your blog.

How to Make Money With Your Own Live Chat Website

1. Determine the type of website you want to start for live chatting. Live chat websites can range from adult-themed to expertise sites such as law or legal advice. Decide which type of live chat site makes sense for you based on your expertise and what you have to offer.
2. Secure a website. Purchase a website through a reputable domain name service. Make sure that the domain registry service participates in the registration of International Domain Names, or IDNs. This is a network which makes sure no one else 'owns' the domain name. Secure a website whose name correlates to the type of live chat you will be performing.

3. Build your live chat website. You can pay to have your website professionally built, or use a 'build it yourself' subscription service. The key things for the live chat website will be building areas where you can chat in groups or in private. Include pages with biographic information, pictures and other information that correlate with your type of live chat site. Also be sure to embed a payment method for your website.
4. Add Google Adsense to your website. Google Adsense is a program which allows advertisers to place advertisements on your website. When an ad gets clicked by a user, the user is then transported to another website. As the host of that ad, you get paid by the advertiser for each click. The amounts vary based on the type of advertisement. See Resources for more information.
5. Advertise your website. To make money, you want to keep your costs low so that you can keep more of the business income. Forgo some of the traditional banner advertising. Those ads will be bought and paid for by corporations. For your website, advertise on community boards and places that share a common theme with your website. As you invite people for live chat, more customers will start to follow.
6. Get customers to commit to paying you. This can be the tricky part. You want to offer enough incentive that when they visit your website, they begin to engage with you and then reach for their wallets. At some point in the conversation, you will have to ask them to 'go private' or pay for a service (such as reviewing a legal document). If they do not, you will eventually have to stop communicating with that person. After all, there is only one of you to make money

How to Make Your Own Website and Profit From It

1. First of all, decide what kind of site you would like to develop. If it's your first website, it might be worthwhile to read up some of the specifics as there are quite a few variables that should be considered. A content site is likely the easiest, with some affiliate marketing and ads. An online store might be more your speed however, and could easily be started up using eBay.
2. Next up it's time to actually build the website with all the bells and whistles. For this, for those who don't have any experience with the intricacies of web programing and design, it's time to either pick out a nice template online or to hire some outside help. Many templates are included with web-hosting, which I'll get around to next.

3. Pick your web host. There are tons of these online, just pick out an affordable one with plenty of storage and bandwidth, and if you need more later just expand it a bit. Most of these will include plenty of tools and features you can use to design your site. Especially check and see if they have any unique looking templates as these can speed up the development time considerably.
4. Select a domain name for your site with your subject matter in mind, unless of course you would like a domain name that would be highly brand-able, which would be perfectly acceptable as well. Domain names are crucial for traffic from search engines which is certainly no laughing matter for web-masters, so choose wisely.
5. Add content to the site, whether articles or merchandise, and continue to add content until you rank well in the search engines, then... well, keep adding content. On the web, content is king.
6. If you'd like to make money with it, after you have the necessary traffic, simply advertise ad-space or add in Google AdSense. If you'd like to make even more, start promoting affiliate products you've had good experience with.

How to Protect My Earnings

1. Protect your earnings by eliminating the amount of cash you carry on your person at all times. Most bank accounts provide liability for debit and credit card purchases in case your wallet is ever lost or stolen. This is in contrast to lost or stolen cash, which has no liability protection.
2. Take advantage of your employer's direct deposit program, if available. This will allow your paycheck to deposit automatically into the bank account of your choosing. You may then carry a debit card instead of cash.

3. Check to see if your bank account is FDIC insured if you plan to save your wages. This insures your money in case anything happens to your bank. Most FDIC-insured banks insure accounts up to $250,000.
4. Speak with your bank concerning additional coverage, or spread excess money into multiple accounts. This is a better alternative to storing cash in your home or other location, as you will still receive liability coverage for unauthorized transactions and payment of this money if the bank closes.
5. Pay your bills and taxes on time to avoid any wage garnishments, thereby protecting your earnings. Garnishment can cause additional late payments toward other bills, as well as bounced checks or declined purchases. Avoid these additional fees by staying current with your bills and keeping track of your payments.
