How to Get Rid of a GMX Account

1. Login to GMX. You will reach the login page by typing gmx.com or gmx.us into your Web browser address bar.
2. Click on 'Settings.' This is one of six options on the top horizontal navigation bar. Once 'Settings' is clicked, a smaller window will open.

3. Select 'My Account.' This is one of five options in the settings window. The window will reload, displaying the information you provided when you signed up. To the left of your personal information, you will see three links, 'Personal Data,' 'Account Details' and 'Language.'
4. Click 'Account Details.' You will be presented with the option to change your password, add a contact email or delete your account.
5. Select 'Delete Your Account Now.' A smaller window will open asking you to provide a reason and your password. Enter the required information into the form fields and click 'Delete Account.'
