How to Remove the Meta From the Front Page of a WordPress Blog

1. Log in to your WordPress Dashboard.
2. Click on 'Appearance' and 'Widgets.'

3. Select a widget that you want to appear in your sidebar and drag it to the sidebar box on the right.
4. Enter the information you want the widget to display. For example, if you chose the 'Archives' widget, enter the title of the widget you want displayed on your blog.
5. Click on the 'Save' button for your widget. The 'Meta' widget no longer appears when you view your blog.
