How to Make Money with a Niche Blog

1. Commit to writing. Building a successful niche blog that will monetize takes time and patience. You want to take the time to keep your blog updated with at least three to five weekly entries.
2. Pick your niche. Once you have decided that you will commit two to four hours a week to maintain your blog, start brainstorming on a niche. Write down a list of your top five favorite passions. What are you an expert in? What do you enjoy doing? Regardless of what it is, there are ways to monetize on just about any subject.

3. Set up your blog. If you don't already have an established blog, register online for a free blog. Free blog sites include Blogger and WordPress. After you have registered, select your look and feel and personalize your layout. Pick a blog name that pertains to your niche.
4. Start blogging. The meat of your blog is content. You want original and engaging content that will keep people coming back for more. Write entries with pictures. For example, if your niche is gardening, write about a particular plant showing pictures on how you planted it or how you care for it. Start a Top 10 or Top 20 list on tips, ideas and favorites. Keep your readers interested and they will keep coming back, start sharing your link and leading to more visitors to the site.
5. Start monetizing. Once you have built a good, solid blog with great content, you can start monetizing. You don't want to start too early; you want to gain your visitors' trust. If they go to a blog with one or two entries, but tons of advertisements, they won't want to come back. Start monetizing with advertising revenue share; set up a Google AdSense account. Once set up, start implementing ads on your blog. Place them strategically and neatly.
6. Become an affiliate. Register for an account at places like Commission Junction. You can basically apply to be an affiliate for numerous companies using one account to manage them all. Search for advertisers related to your niche and apply to become an affiliate for them. Once you are approved, you will be able to place your affiliate banners on your blog, opting for commissions.

How to Build a Money Making Information Website

1. Decide what you want your money-making information website to be about. Look for 'hot' and popular topics on such places as Yahoo Buzz and Google Trends for ideas. Make your website niche-specific, that is, writing information and blogging only about one or two ideas or themes.
2. Buy a domain and website hosting for your information website. Make your domain memorable --- something which will prompt people to visit your site multiple times. Choose only a basic hosting plan, as this is all you will need for an informational or blog-type website.

3. Set up your money-making website by installing a content management system such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal. A content management system (CMS) allows you to build your website without prior HTML knowledge or any coding skills. Many are open source, and free.
4. Look for a WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal theme to use for your site. A content management system 'theme' is a pre-designed template which can be installed with one-click to your money-making website. Choose a theme and upload its contents to your web hosting provider. Select this theme in your CMS control panel to install it on your site.
5. Hire a freelance graphic designer to create a unique header image or logo for your money-making website. A logo helps create a brand image, makes your site more attractive, and sets it apart from plain-looking websites. This logo helps establish the all-important 'brand' or identity for your site.
6. Start blogging or writing information on your website related to your chosen niche or topic. Add valuable, helpful information for visitors to your site. Upload images on your site to make your content stand out.
7. Monetize your website through web publisher's text advertisements. Sign up for Google AdSense, Yahoo Publisher Network, or BidVertiser. These money-making pay-per-click programs display blocks of text advertisements on your site. In return, you receive a small commission or payment ranging from a few cents to dollars for each of your website visitors that click these ads.
8. Display text-link advertisements to make money directly from the information or blogs you post on your website. Apply for a publisher's program such as LinkWorth, TNX, or Text-Link-Ads. As visitors click the text-linked ads, your information website earns a small amount of money.
9. Register as an affiliate on a website such as ClickBank.com, Commission Junction, or PayDotCom. These marketplaces contain products which you can promote as an 'affiliate' and receive commissions. Choose a product that would be helpful to your site visitors. Obtain your affiliate link--the special URL that tracks the number of purchases for which you'll receive commission payouts.
10. Write a helpful review of the affiliate program or product on your website. List the disadvantages and advantages of purchasing such a product. Include compelling information about why your site visitors should buy it. Make sure to include the special affiliate link which you obtained when you registered at one of the product marketplaces.
11. Continue blogging and writing information about the topics and areas within your niche. To make additional revenue, sell premium content, such as special videos, e-books, instructional courses, or other content that requires a one-time fee for access on your website.

How to Maintain Ads in Drupal

1. Install the Google Ad Manager module. This Drupal module is designed to streamline the configuration of the Google DoubleClick for Publishers, formerly Google Ad Manager, ad hosting system. The vast amount of possible configurations and options offered by the free Google service makes it difficult for non-programmers to properly configure their sites. The Google Ad Manager module makes it simple to choose the proper settings for the way you want to maintain and publish ads on your site.
2. Download and install the AdSense module on your Drupal site. Google Adsense is one of the largest and most lucrative ad serving platforms in the world. It is known for its simple integration and generous revenue share. The Adsense module cuts down on the time it takes for you to install the ads on your site. Instead of needing to copy and paste multiple codes into custom blocks, the module allows you to quickly select from pre-formatted blocks that properly display the ads in the places you choose. In addition, this module protects you from displaying too many ads on a single page and even allows you to disable ads for certain user roles.

3. Enable the Text Link Ads Integration module to maintain text link ads on your website. Text-Link-Ads.com is one of the largest networks offering webmasters the chance to make money whenever someone clicks a hyper-linked word within the body of your content. This particular Drupal module seamlessly integrates with the Text-Link-Ads.com API to allow quick and easy setup on your site. The module even allows you to view your account statistics from inside of your Drupal administrator panel. In addition, the Text Link Ads Integration module lets you customize the look and feel of the text links to match your site's theme and make them more attractive to visitors.

How to Prevent Site Theft

Preventing Content Theft
1. Check the search engines for stolen text or articles. Copy and paste a section of the original text into the search engine. Put the section of original text in quotes. Review the results of the search for other Web sites with very similar (plagiarized) content, or a copy of the exact text. Another option is to send the text, or the Web page URL, through CopyScape. This will bring up a listing of sites with a significant amount of words being copied.
2. Turn in Web sites guilty of copyright infringement. Contact the hosting company of any sites that have stolen your content. Send a copy of the content removal request to the owner of the site also. If you do not hear back from the hosting company within two weeks, report the site to Google's Spam Report, and other major search engines. If the content thief is using Google AdSense, or other PayPerClick services, for illegal activities (such as stolen content/images), report the site.

3. Disable copy, paste and right-click options. Insert JavaScript into your site to prevent copy, paste and right-clicking without your permission. Wordpress blog users can simply download plug-ins to automatically disable these options.
4. Create a clear policy that states your site does not tolerate content theft. Insert a 'Do Not Copy,' or 'Protected by CopyScape,' banner on every page of your site to scare off potential content thieves. Write a detailed section of text in your Privacy Policy indicating that the Web site is copyrighted, and not open to re-distribution.
Preventing Image Theft
5. Place a visual copyright watermark on your images. Image watermarks can range from a full symbol across the picture, to a small section of text in the corner of the image. Create a copyright watermark in Photoshop, or other image creation tool. Include the copyright holder's name, date of copyright, and the rights management (eg. Creative commons type license). Make the watermark slightly transparent to allow visitors of your site to clearly see the image.
6. Use a low resolution image to protect against image theft. Images that are 550 pixels, should be saved at 72 dpi when used on the Internet. This will prevent the image from being re-sized without creating a grainy effect.
7. Disable copy, paste and right-click options. Insert JavaScript into your site to over-ride browser clicks. Prevent downloads of images by placing pictures as a background to tables using CSS code. While right-click downloads will still be functional with this method, the downloaded image will appear transparent to the image thief.
8. Stop search engines from indexing your protected images. Insert a META tag to prevent search engines from indexing your images, while still allowing them to put the rest of the page in their search listings. JavaScript can be added into the root directory of the site to tell 'bots,' or spyders, to disregard the image directory of your site. All major search engines should honor your request to remove your images from public searches.

How to Find Alternatives to Google

With Zabasearch, you type in the name of the person you want to locate along with a state of residence if you have it, and it usually pops out a large number of accurate addresses.

3. Browse through some of the 100 alternative search engines found on a link in the Resources section. This list has search engines that can be used instead of Google. They may just turn up things in your searches that Google misses.

How Can I Get Referrals From a Parked Domain?

1. Create a Google AdSense account, or log in to Google AdSense if you already have an account.
2. Add the URL of your domains to the AdSense account list. You can manually type in the domain names, or you can upload a CSV (comma separated values) file containing the information.

3. Login to your domain registrar and modify your DNS settings to point your domain to Google's server. If you do not know how to do this, you may need to contact your registrar for instructions.
4. Customize your ad settings by choosing a color scheme, size, and which type of ads you would like shown on your domain.
5. Choose select keyword and keyword phrases that will make it easier for the correct ads to be shown on your site.
6. Once set up, log in to Google AdSense periodically to view your site performance and adjust your settings accordingly.

How to Measure AdSense Success

1. Log into your Google AdSense account. After login you will be directed to the main AdSense page where you are likely to see summary information including estimated earnings, recent traffic information and links to additional resources and reports. If your account is new, statistics generation may take a day or two after AdSense code has been added to your site.
2. Find the section titled 'Performance Reports'. This section is where you will find all the information you will need to track and manage your AdSense campaigns.

3. Locate the navigation links on the left side of the page. These links allow you to view your statistical data by day, week, month, and by various other categories as well, such as by specific ad unit, ad size, or custom channels you have already defined in AdSense.
4. View statistics for page views, clicks, and Page CTR (click through rate). These are the primary benchmark statistics you will want to track.
5. Gather statistics for clicks and page views for a period of time. If you are gathering statistics by month, collect several months' worth of data. Using a spreadsheet application, enter the monthly data in a way that allows you to view each month in chronological order.
6. Analyze the trends of your data by viewing from oldest to newest. If possible, create a graph that allows you to chart your numbers visually. This makes viewing trends easier. Healthy statistics will show upward movement, indicating that page views and clicks on paid advertising links are rising.
7. Review the CTR for the collected time periods. The CTR allows you to analyze page views and clicks together. The higher this number is the greater your AdSense success. Follow the trend of this number for the collected period. There may be ups and downs, not every period needs to show increased rates. However, the overall trend should be an upward climb.
8. Consider the analysis of each statistic collectively. If one statistic seems to be improving but another is lagging, determine what might be the cause. For instance, if page views are increasing but your clicks are going down, consider moving the ad to another spot on the web page. Positions at the top of the page will get the best visibility. Once you have considered all the data as a whole you can begin to make an assessment about their overall success, helping you make improvements where necessary to improve monetary effectiveness.

How to Make Money Online in Singapore

1. Sign up for web hosting and a domain name. Having your own host enables you to moderate your website however you like. Many free web hosts put their own limitations and advertisements on your website, so it is best to avoid them. Having your own domain name allows you to create your own internet persona and enables you to resell the website domain in the future.
2. Create your website. With the advent of Content Management Systems (CMS) the average Internet user can set up a website in minutes. For example, Wordpress is a free CMS that is famous for its five-minute installation. Content management systems allow you to build and moderate websites with flexibility and ease.

3. Sign up for advertising and affiliate programs like Amazon Associates and Google Adsense. These services allow you to place advertisements and affiliate links on your website, earning you a commission every time someone clicks an ad or purchases a product.
4. Place advertisements and affiliate links in or beside your website content. For example, a review about a laptop should have an Amazon affiliate link that leads to that laptop's web page. Google Adsense ads should be placed close to website content to catch the attention (and hopefully the interest) of a user, increasing your chances of a click.
5. Drive traffic to your website. No traffic means no revenue. You should get traffic by writing quality content and letting people know about it through social media sites like Digg and StumbleUpon. In addition, there are paid traffic sites that direct website visitors your way for a set fee.

How to Use Google AdSense

1. Open an AdSense account by signing up with Google and applying to the AdSense program in the My Account area. It is free to sign up with Google, though not everyone who signs up for AdSense is approved. If you don't yet have a website on which to place AdSense ads, sign up for a Blogger account through the Google My Account section and start a blog. That will give you a URL to use when applying for an AdSense account.
2. Choose your Google AdSense options once you have an account. Design each block of ads to create a line border or an open border, a color background or no color, etc. Select the basic size and shape of your Google ads block. Pick either a horizontal block of ads or a vertical block. Each block will have one to four ads on it, depending on the size that you choose.

3. Generate your AdSense ad code — a JavaScript code that may be added to most websites. There are some website hosts that aren't equipped for the code to be pasted onto their sites when using their page builders. BlueHost is one such web host. Some sites, including Blogger, HubPages and Google hosted sites, have a built-in widget to easily add Google Adsense to the sites by simply choosing a spot to place the ads and allowing the site to add the code.
4. Use the text on your page to guide the type of ads that will be shown by Google. AdSense ads are chosen by Google, and you will not be able to hand pick which ads appear on your page. Google advertising runs on relevant ads that are chosen based on the keywords that appear on your page. By choosing plenty of keywords that are relevant to the subject matter of your page, you will ensure that the ads will match up well with your subject matter. To get ideas for keywords, use an online keyword tool like WordTracker to find relevant terms.
5. Keep adding content pages that are monetized with Google advertising. The minimum payout for Google AdSense is $100, so it often takes several months or longer before a new AdSense user reaches it. But, by steadily adding pages, by — for example — frequently updating a blog, your payouts will become more and more frequent.

How to Make Money Selling Ad Space on Your Website

Do-it-yourself Options
1. Determine the prices you will charge for selling ad space. You can charge a flat fee per month, or you can charge a set price per thousand page views. Also determine the size of the ad space, location, and whether you are selling space for graphic banner ads or text links. (Reference 1)
2. Install ad server software that helps you track statistics for a particular ad running on your site. The statistics gathered will also help the advertiser determine if it's worthwhile to continue to pay for ad space on your website. There are many ad server providers to choose from. You can research services provided by Ad Butler, and pricing information. A link to Ad Butler's site is located in the resources section below.

3. Post information about your site in webmaster forums such as www.webmasterforums.com and www.webmaster-talk.net. Many webmasters frequent these forms for assistance with web design, site monetization, hosting, etc. After creating a user account with these forums, you can create a post letting the community know that you are selling ad space on your website. Include some of your website's statistics in your post (and make sure you're able to prove your stats) so that potential advertisers can determine whether it's worthwhile to pay for ad space on your site.
4. Join a site that has a network of buyers and sellers of ad space. Some of these networks may have certain requirements before allowing you to join, such as page rank requirements, traffic, etc. Gotadspace.com, which connects buyers and sellers of ad space, is one of many sites where prospective clients can be found.
5. Auction off your available ad space on Ebay or one of many other auction sites. Auctioning your ad space will give you the potential to advertise your ad space and market your website to a large number of prospective clients.
Pay-per-click Options
6. Create a Google Adsense account. Google Adsense allows you to place text or image ads on your site based on its content. You will receive a commission based on cost-per-click, or cost per 1,000 impressions.
7. Create an account with Adbrite. Adbrite is another site that connects buyers and sellers of ad space. Adbrite offers a variety of ad formats, such as full-page ads, britepics, and inline ads.
8. Create an account with Commission Junction, which helps you earn money for your ad space through a combination of affiliate marketing and pay-per-click advertising. Signing up is easy: you can have ads live on your site within minutes.

How to Buy Website Traffic

1. Create a website that earns as much per visitor as possible. Test several versions and compare which pays the best. A close record of your performance with a particular website will also be a good baseline to compare with the results of any new traffic you buy. If click-through-rates or earnings per visitor suddenly slide dramatically way down--or way up--you can guess the website traffic you bought was either poorly targeted or, worse yet, too good to be true, indicating the possibility of click-fraud.
2. Compare what various companies that sell web traffic have to offer. Check for the obvious complaints online, but also see if they offer references of satisfied customers. References are particularly useful if the customers operate websites similar to yours. Also see how they target visitors, and make sure it's legal (no unsolicited spam) and consistent with a way you think would benefit your site. Take time to consider whether you could do a better job purchasing banner ads or running a similar advertising campaign yourself, to generate a similar increase in visitors by paying for ads directly. If buying website traffic seems like the best solution, find out the minimum you can spend, whether refunds are available (usually not), how you can set a budget of traffic per day, and how to stop a campaign if it's not working.

3. If you decide to buy website traffic, start as small as possible and watch your statistics closely. See if the new traffic is performing well enough to be profitable. In a worst-case scenario, if there's any sign of click-fraud, notify your ad server of unusual click activity, so you won't be blamed., and end the campaign, but that's not likely if you've chosen your website traffic seller wlell. A more likely possibility is that the new traffic just won't perform as well as the more-targeted website visitors you had before. If so, you can try changing your website to make it more attractive to a general audience. On the other hand, if the new website traffic you buy is performing well, you can continue to purchase more and set your budget higher if you want.

How to Promote Disability Awareness

1. Review your existing policies and practices and revise as necessary. Ensure that your organization complies with applicable laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission regulations.
2. Look to other organizations for information related to diversity and disability awareness. National Organization on Disability (NOD) has an objective to promote workforce development for individuals with disabilities. NOD provides guidance to organizations in developing inclusive policies and practices.

3. Require appropriate training for your staff. Ensure that your human resources office can adequately handle disability-related matters, from providing reasonable accommodations to managing intermittent leave. Guide your supervisors to refer employees who discuss their own disability to human resources and to maintain confidentiality.
4. Acknowledge disability as a component of diversity and a successful workforce. Companies have many options to do this, such as utilizing company-wide communications to share general information or hosting informational events to highlight disability and its role in a diverse workplace.
5. Provide employees with formal updates on your company policy related to disability.

How to Create Make a Website for Adsense

1. Plan your website content. Using a word processor or paper, list the main categories or topics that your website will include. You can use a keyword research tool, such as Google's keyword research tool, to help determine what topics would be valuable for your website. Google's keyword research tool will provide number of searches and cost per click information for keywords. In order to help maximize your website revenue, choose page topics from keywords that have a comparatively high search volume and high cost per click.
2. Create your website content. Consider creating text articles, audio, video and image content. Keep your content focused on the main categories or topics that you listed in your plan. Choose a content type that is best suited for your website topics. For example, a visual topic may be better presented using videos or images, while a technical, information-rich topic may be presented more clearly with text articles.

3. Build your website. There are two approaches to website building: hand coding and content management systems, such as WordPress. Hand coding is flexible, but technically involved. Content management systems are typically less flexible than hand coding, but easier for a novice to use. With hand coding, you will enter the HTML code for your website pages in a text editor such as Notepad. In a content management system, you can simply type (or upload) content without having to know HTML or any other technical language.
4. Add AdSense ad units to your content pages. You'll need to access your AdSense account and create new ad units for use with your site. In a hand coded site, you can copy and paste the ad unit code provided by Google directly into the code for a page. With a content management system, you may need to install a plugin (or add on module) that will allow you to incorporate AdSense ad units into your pages or posts.
5. Publish your website. In a hand coded approach, you'll need to transfer your page files to your website hosting service using an FTP utility. In a content management system, publishing pages is usually as simple as pressing the 'Publish' button (or equivalent) on the control panel where you edit pages or posts.

How to Start a Blog Page and Make Money

1.

BLOGSPOT.COMOr if you prefer, Blogger.com. They're both the same thing, doesn't matter which one you use. So go sign up for a blog at Blogspot.com. It's completely free, and you'll be blogging your brains out in no time. There are tons of places to get your own blog, but I recommend Blogspot because it's owned by Google, and that makes it really easy to set up AdSense for your new blog. What is AdSense? It puts those small Google advertisements onto your blog. This is good, because you make money when people click on the links! Not bad for a free blog, huh?
2.

PICK YOUR URLThe next step is picking your new blog's URL, or the address people type into their web browser to pull up your blog. If you're using Blogspot like you should be, your blog's URL will be YOURBLOGHERE.blogspot.com, and that's super.Don't sweat it too much, because you can always change your blog's name whenever you want. But the best idea is to find a good title and a good URL and stick with them. Changing your URL and title will only confuse people who may be trying to keep up with your blog, and drive away repeat readers.Try to make the URL simple. This can be hard sometimes because there's tons of people using Blogspot, and there's a really good chance that SteveSmith.blogspot.com has already been taken. So you have to think of something else.

3.

THEME ITIt's good to have a general theme for when you start a blog, so think of a topic you have a lot to say about and use that as your new blog's title. An example is like, if you decide that your new blog is about surfing, then name your blog SurfSpot.blogspot.com. If it's already taken then think of something else, such as calling it TheOriginalSurfSpot. This is one of my favorite tricks, because it makes your blog look like the real deal while that other guy's surfing blog is left out in the cold. Take that, beach bum.
4.

CHOOSE A TEMPLATENext up is picking a template for your new blog. Blogspot calls their site 'push button publishing,' and you're about to find out why. You can change your layout whenever you want, and it's a good idea to come back later and reevaluate your template after a couple weeks after you start a blog. But for now just pick something you don't totally hate. Don't get sucked into analysis paralysis or else you may never actually write a single word in your new blog. Boom, boom, boom - that's the way to get this done.
5.

NEW POSTAfter you verify your e-mail address and all that, now it's time for the party. Log in to your new blog and click on New Post. This brings up a terrifying blank screen and a blinking cursor staring you dead in the face. Get on it, schlepprock. This isn't Hamlet here, it's blogging. And it's your first blog post, so don't expect anything great. Just write something. Introduce yourself and your blog and outline what you hope to accomplish. The goal is to write and forget about it. You'll hone your blogging skill as you go, but the only way to get better at blogging is to keep blogging.
6.

STAY ON TOPICThis is one of the newest things I have learned, and it can be one of the most difficult. You don't want to be posting a bunch of stuff about your new toy poodle on your Original Surf Spot blog. The reason treads on complicated ground, with a lot of ins and outs about search engine optimization (SEO). But the general idea is you want your blog to be solid. At first your blog probably won't show up anywhere near the first few pages of search results when someone searches for 'surfing blogs,' but after a long stretch of continually posting original content about surfing, your surf blog will creep its way up the list towards the coveted number one spot on Google! But if you're posting about different topics all over the place, someone who clicks on your blog looking for surfing information probably won't stick around and definitely won't come back to your new blog.So if you want people to actually read your blog, keep it fairly focused on a single topic.
7.

POST ITClick on the button to post this sucker, and there you have it: your very first blog post on your very own blog! And that's something to write home about, because lots of people don't have the balls to do what you just did.Now blog it out the wazoo, son!
8. MAKING MONEYNow if you're going to start making money with your blog, the best thing to do first is set up Google AdSense on your page. Do a Google search for 'setting up Google AdSense on Blogger,' and you'll find many guides that will walk you through the process of signing up for and installing AdSense on your new blog.

How to Earn Extra Money By Clicking Online Ads

1.

YouData is the lastest and best paying 'paid per click' site I've found so far. Signing up for YouData is easy and quick. How to Start a Lingerie Business at Home With a Turnkey Website

1. Complete the process of registering your business federally and locally. For information on specific state requirements, visit the Small Business Administration website. You may need to register your business name with the state, obtain an employer identification number through the IRS, register with the state tax revenue agency and obtain licenses and permits. By officially registering your business with the government, you have the benefit of claiming startup costs as deductions on your taxes. It is also required by law.
2. Purchase a turnkey website. A turnkey website is one that is fully functional at the time of purchase. In most cases, you will have a host and installed shopping cart included in the purchase price. Make sure the name is compatible with the lingerie theme. The price depends on whether you want your site completely customized or template-based. Pay attention to whether the site is e-commerce-based, drop-ship-based or affiliate-based, as the difference impacts functionality and purpose. An e-commerce site generally means you will purchase and ship merchandise yourself. Drop-shipping websites allow you to take customer orders that are filled by outside companies. Affiliate websites send customers to another website to complete the purchase, and you receive a commission from sales.

3.

Much like a brick-and-mortar lingerie retailer, an online shop needs products to sell.

Purchase lingerie from a wholesaler if you are running an e-commerce lingerie site. Run an online search for wholesale lingerie. Be wary of companies claiming to be wholesalers but requiring no large discounts or proof that you are a business. Some types of sites appeal to consumers looking for a 'wholesale' bargain. True wholesale sites will often require customers to provide a federal tax ID number to access wholesale prices. Be sure and purchase a variety of lingerie in different styles, colors and the broadest range of sizes. Customers love selection.
4.

Since customers can't see your products in person, you must provide sufficient details about them.

Post photographs and product descriptions to your website. With a turnkey website, you will have a pre-established catalog of stock photos that you need to customize with real products. If possible, include different views of each product. Hire models to model the clothing or check with your wholesalers to find out if you can re-use the photos on your website. Include as much product description as possible, including materials, features, care instructions and sizing information.
5. Make your site 'live' and start selling. You can set the site to be viewable to customers through your host. Establish a Facebook fan page, offer contests and advertise your new business.

How to Put Ads on Google

1. Go to adwords.google.com and sign up for an AdWords account. Once you have done this, log in to your new account.
2. Add money to your account. Ads are paid for on a per-click basis, and will run as long as money is in your AdWords account. If you want, just pay a small amount like $10 in to start with, to play around and get used to the features. To do this, click 'Billing' then 'Make payments.' Don't worry about running out -- AdWords will notify you when your balance is low.

3. Click 'Campaigns,' then 'New Campaign' under the graph in the middle.
4. Fill out the fields and answer the questions that appear. From here, you can choose the languages and countries you want your ad to appear in, the networks (search or AdSense), and your budget for this campaign. Click 'Save and continue' when done.
5. Click your campaign which has now appeared on the left side, under 'All online campaigns.'
6. Click 'New ad group,' just under the graph in the middle.
7. Fill out the fields that appear. This is where you write out the title of your ad and the description text. A preview appears below so you can check what it looks like.
8. Scroll down to the keywords section. This part is important. Enter the keywords relating to your ad in the box on the left. Google use these keywords to determine what searches or websites your ad will appear on -- be sure they are relevant.
9. Set the default pricing for this ad group. Pricing works in a 'bidding' fashion, so if there is a lot of competition for the keywords you have chosen, expect to pay more to get your ad in a good position or to get a decent amount of page views.
10. Click 'Save ad group.' Your ads will appear after they have been approved by Google. Repeat this process for other ad groups or keywords. You can have as many ads or campaigns as you like, and you can edit the ads, pricing and other settings after you see how they perform.

How to Set Up a Website and Make Money

1. Develop a business idea for a website conducive to monetization. Identify a niche that you have interest in and can write about on a consistent basis. Do research to identify if it's a feasible, considering your competition and your client. Will you be able to break into the top 20 on search engine results? Will the people interested in your website convert to customers of the products you represent?
2. Select a domain name for your website. To help your on-page search engine optimization (SEO), choose a domain name that includes your keyword, the main idea of your site. Purchase a domain URL from a domain registration site. Buy a .com if available. If .com is not available to purchase, buy a .net or .org, in that order of preference.

3. Select a platform or software to build your blog on, whether free standing, where you have to have a hosting company host your account for you---or an online structure, where they host it for you. Many online hosted blogs will not allow self-monetization. Many cable Internet accounts include a website with the cost of your account. Investigate which avenue is best in your application.
4. Set up your blog or website and add content to get it indexed by the Google bot. Displaying content, and ranking on the search engines, ensures that readers will find you; without readers, you have no one to convert into customers. Write good quality articles that add value to your reader's time on your site.
5. Sign up for affiliate accounts. Affiliates are people that promote other site's products. You can use companies that represent a large number of affiliate-seeking sites or search for individual sites that list 'Affiliates' at the bottom of their homepage. Once approved as an affiliate, companies will email you where to locate their ads and how to direct people to them with your own personal identifying affiliate link. Clicking on your ad sends your readers to an area on the affiliate site, and you are rewarded with a commission when they make a purchase.
6. Sign up for a Google Adsense account. When you add their code to your website, Google will run ads on your website tailored to your site and content. When your readers click on those ads, readers are directed to where they may purchase that item and you are rewarded with a predetermined fee. You do not have to keep track of anything, Google does all that, and they send you a check when you have earned a minimum amount by the means you select.
7. Start an eBay affiliate account. An eBay account works similarly to Google Adsense. Once approved, you add the eBay code to your site, and they will then add text ads that lead your readers from your website to eBay auctions that are relevant to your content. You receive a commission every time one of your readers buys the displayed auction.

How to Make Money Selling Bumper Stickers

1. Make sure that your bumper stickers are priced right. You have entered a market that is certainly not lacking for competition. You can find bumper stickers in thousands of stores, not to mention websites all over the Internet. In fact, there are over 15 million entries when you type 'bumper stickers' into your favorite search engine. Check and see what your competition is charging, and find a way to make your prices competitive.
2. Set yourself apart from your competition by making sure your bumper stickers are timely. For example, Zazzle.com launched a website to sell humorous bumper stickers when the US Congress was debating a huge bailout for the country. Demand for those bumper stickers was so great, that the company could not keep up with the orders. See that website by going to the address located below.

3. Promise fast service, then deliver it. You can set yourself apart from competition by making sure orders are sent out within 24 hours of their receipt. Many companies that sell bumper stickers tell their customer that their orders will be received within 6 to 8 weeks. You can expect customers to return if you deliver really good service.
4. Do special orders. You may have great ideas, but you don't have a corner on the market -- your customers will have great ideas as well. Offer to make custom stickers using a variety of sizes, shapes, background colors, paper stock and quantities. It will help you stand out from competition, and you can charge more for this than if you simply send them premade stickers.
5. Create a productive website that breaks through the clutter. The trick is to position your website so it comes up more often on the search engines than your competition. If you can afford to engage a company that is into search engine optimization (SEO) to improve the copy on your website, it will pay huge dividends. In addition, you can add to your website's traffic by using Google's AdWord and AdSense programs. Go to the Google website whose address is shown at the bottom of this piece.
