How to Get Paid to Advertise on YouTube

1. Using your home video camera, or the web cam on your computer, record original videos. YouTube video categories include gaming, how-to and educational content, music, sports and short films or TV shows. Examples of videos you can create include product reviews, original music videos or how-to videos.
2. Upload original videos to YouTube. You can sign up for a free account. Once you have an account click the 'upload' button to start sharing your videos. Write brief, keyword-rich descriptions about each video to help viewers find them. A keyword-rich description is one that uses terms people search for to find specific information. For instance, if your videos are guitar playing lessons, you should use a lot of terms related to guitars and guitar playing. Be as descriptive as possible.

3. Promote your videos. Join free online communities that might find the subjects of your videos interesting. For example, if you are making videos about how to play the guitar, join beginner musician forums and link readers to your videos. You can also set up a Facebook page and a Twitter account to connect with people with similar interests. Sign up for an account on each network, and type keywords into the search bar to find people who might watch your videos. For instance, if you want to promote your guitar videos type in 'guitar' or 'guitar player' and the network will populate search results of people who have recently talked about guitars or playing guitars. Start a conversation with these people, and then link them to your video.
4. Ensure you have the rights to all content in your uploaded videos. According to Internet News, this includes all audio and visual content, even background music or short clips from TV shows or movies.
5. Apply to the YouTube Partner program when you meet all of the qualifications. YouTube states these qualifications include having an audience that generates thousands of views per month and producing only high quality audio and visual content. If you apply and do not meet these qualifications, you will be rejected and unable to apply again for two months.
6. Set up a Google AdSense account. This is required for Google to start running ads on your YouTube videos. According to Google, when you sign up for its AdSense program, advertisers begin placing targeted ads on your videos. A targeted ad is one that is relevant to your video based on viewer demographics or geographic location. Each time a viewer watches your video, you will be paid. The amount you are paid per view depends on the demographics of your audience and the amount the advertiser is willing to pay to reach that audience. Your AdSense account will provide an estimate of how much you will receive per view after you set it up.

The Easiest Way to Make Money Online

1. Register a free hosted website on a site such as Blogger.com, Yola.com or Weebly.com. Enter your registration details, including your name, email address and other requested information. Choose the domain name for your site. Make the domain name related to what you want your site to be about, ideally a popular topic that will attract visitors.
2. Modify your free website using the tools given by the site provider. Select the template layout, color scheme and page elements. Modify the site header -- the image that gets placed at the top of each of your free Web pages -- by writing a title for your site and uploading an image or logo.

3. Configure the Google AdSense options for your website. Add the AdSense module or page element to your site using the plug-in from Blogger, Yola or Weebly. Verify your AdSense account or select the option to create a new AdSense publisher account. Finish the Google AdSense registration or verification process by entering an email address and other registration details, such as your home address, which is important for receiving payment from Google. Choose the size and color combinations of the text ads for AdSense to display.
4. Start creating and publishing content on your free site. Add blog posts and articles that contain valuable or helpful information for site visitors. Create compelling titles for your written content to attract readers. Upload multimedia content such as videos and images to enhance your site and keep visitors engaged. Add a site description and select the publishing option to make your site available to anyone, including search engines. An increasing number of site visitors gives you more chances to earn money by visitor clicks on AdSense ads.
5. Promote your website to increase traffic and get other people interested. Post your website address in your social networking profiles, such as Facebook and MySpace. Talk about your website in forums related to its topic. Monitor your AdSense earnings through your free website account. Wait for your Google AdSense payment to arrive.

How to Set Up Google Adsense

1. Create a blog or website if you don't already have one. Make sure you have some good content on the site and that all of your links are working before you apply for a Google Adsense account.
2. Go to the Google Adsense application page (see Resources). Fill out the application. You will need to include information about the website or blog that you want the ads on.

3. Click on the link in the confirmation email that Google will send you once you submit your application. Then you will need to wait until Google approves or denies your application.
4. Log in to your Google Adsense account as soon as you are approved. There you will be able to choose the size of your ads, text color and background color. Make sure you choose the colors that will match your website or blog.
5. Copy the code provided to you once you have customized the ads you want. Paste the code in to your blog or website template based on where you want the ads placed (side bar, top of the page, bottom of the page). You may need to understand some HTML to do this depending on the type of blog or website you have.
6. Save your changes and view your website or blog. Don't be scared if public service announcement ads show up on your site. These are displayed for a day or two until Google crawls your site and determines what the appropriate ads should be. You won't start making money until the customized ads begin appearing, but it won't take long.

How to Earn More with AdSense

1. Attract relevant ads by keeping the keywords on your website thorough. For example, if your website is about 'international adoption' and you frequently use the word 'adoption' you may get ads for lots of different types of adoptions, including pet adoptions. It's best to use the complete term, 'international adoption.' This way you will get relevant ads that pertain to your reader's interests.
2. Place your Google AdSense ads strategically near your content. As people are reading your content, they will look at what is nearby, but they will not scroll down the screen to look at an ad.

3. Try blending your ads in with the background on your website. People are sometimes less likely to click on an ad that looks like an ad, but if it looks like a part of your website, they may click. Google AdSense provides different palettes that will allow you to change the format of the ad.
4. Create pages with content that has great value to your reader. The more the reader gets from your page, the more likely he is to click on one of the Google AdSense ads. If your page does not provide new information, then the reader is less likely to click on the ad.
5. Consider placing ads near the top left of your screen. There is research to suggest that this is where people look first when they go to a website.
6. Use the Google AdSense preview tool to see how your ad looks before you put it on your site.

How to Appeal a Disability Ruling

Initial Appeals Level (Reconsideration)
1. Review the letter of decision regarding your eligibility for disability benefits. The notice will explain why you were denied of benefits or if you were found to be eligible, why you received the benefit amount to which you are entitled.
2. Find out which level of the appeals process for which you are eligible by referring to the letter. If this is your first time appealing, you are in the 'reconsideration' stage. For second-time appeals, you will need to request a hearing. The third level is the council review and the final step in the appeals process is a federal court review.

3. Download, print out and complete the forms for reconsideration: Request for Reconsideration, Appeal Disability Report and Authorization to Disclose Information to SSA. You may find all forms online on the SSA's Web page titled 'Social Security Forms.' Or, if you prefer, you may complete these forms electronically; go to the SSA's Internet Appeals page for directions.
4. Locate the evidence that you would like the SSA to review when reconsidering your case; examples of evidence include medical records that you didn't submit to the SSA during your initial application for benefits.
5. Find your local SSA office and mail the three forms and any evidence you have to that office. You can find your local Social Security office by using the office locator on SSA's website or by calling the SSA at 800-772-1213. Or, if you completed the forms electronically, submit them online to the SSA.
6. Await a decision from Social Security. You will receive a written notification of the new ruling.
Subsequent Appeals Levels (Hearing, Council Review and Federal Court Case)
7. Proceed to the next level of appeals (a hearing) if you still do not agree with the SSA's ruling concerning your disability claim.Download, print out and complete the Request for Hearing by Administrative Law Judge, Appeal Disability Report and Authorization to Disclose Information forms; see the 'Social Security Forms' Web page for the documents. Or, you may also complete these forms electronically using SSA's Internet Appeal page.
8. Submit the forms to your local SSA office or online at SSA's Internet Appeal page and wait for a decision.
9. Move on to the next level, appeals council review, if you are still unsatisfied. Print out and complete a Request for Review of Hearing Decision/Order of Administrative Law Judge from SSA's website.
10. Submit the form to your local office and wait for a decision in writing.
11. Proceed to the next and final level of appeals, federal court review, if you are still in disagreement with Social Security's ruling. Contact an attorney and have him file a U.S. District Court case against the SSA. An attorney is required at this final stage of appeals.
12. Find out the district court judge's decision; once again, you will find out the decision in writing. (References 3)

How to Find Bid Gaps

1. Log in to your Google AdSense account.
2. Click on 'Clicks' to organize your report by the number of ad clicks your site received during the week. Assume, for example, that one ad block received 200 clicks one week and that you earned a total of $20. This puts your CPC -- cost-per-click that you're paid by advertisers -- at $0.10 for that ad block.

3. Compare it to ad blocks that received similar numbers of clicks on the same site, because presumably your site should be running ads in the same niche. Assume the second ad block earned you a total of $15 for 250 clicks. This ad block's CPC is therefore $0.17 per click.
4. Attach another ad block to your page if you have any space left. Wait for it to receive similar traffic over the next week or two and check your rate again. Assume this ad block gave you $10 for 200 clicks, putting you at $0.05 per click.
5. Divide each of these amounts by 0.68 to determine how much the advertiser paid for an ad block. For example, if you get $0.05 per click, the advertiser's bid was $0.07.
6. Compare the amounts to get a general idea of bid gap. Low-paying ad blocks should probably be removed unless they get a high enough click-through rate to compensate for the low profit.

How to Set up a Forum Using phpBB

1. Download phpBB (See Resources below) and install it on your server. A step-by-step installation guide is provided on the site. Installation is quite straightforward and shouldn't take long. Many servers also offer a free installation of phpBB which can be done through the server administration panel. This is the easiest way of installing phpBB. If you're unsure how to do this, or whether your server offers this, contact them to ask.
2. Customize the settings of your forum once you have installed the phpBB forum software. Log in as an administrator and click the 'Go To Administration Panel' link at the bottom of the site. Start at the Configuration settings under General Admin, or Board Settings in the most recent versions. Here you can set the name of your forum and a site description. You can also adjust board settings for posting and messaging.

3. Set up your forum structure under the Forum Admin section. Forums are generally divided into categories according to subject. You can first of all create categories for your forums, and then create forums within those categories. So for example, if you are setting up a forum on the subject of cookery, you might create categories for 'Recipes' and 'Discussion.' Then within the Recipes category you could create forums for 'Chinese,' 'Italian,' French' and so on, and then in the Discussion category you could create forums for 'Advice,' Cook Book reviews' and so on. To create a category, click the 'Create New Category' link, and then to create a forum click the 'Create New Forum' link next to it.
4. Design the look and layout of your forum in the Styles admin section. PhpBB uses templates and themes to control the look of your board, and you can customize these, or install new ones.
5. Ask friends or invite web site members to start posting; the most difficult part of starting a forum is getting users to post. It's rather like a snowball effect, but you need to put some effort into getting active users posting on your forum.

How to Make Money Online With Xomba

1. What is Xomba?
Xomba is an online community where you can write, share, comment, make friends and get paid. Xomba uses search engines to maximize your earnings. Unlike other online writing communities, 50% of advertising revenue on your content page is paid directly to you by Google AdSense. Xomba uses adwords advertising to generate income to you(the writer), and them (the company). In other words, Xomba does not pay you, Google Ad Sense does through the use of adwords and adwords advertising. (links below in Resources)
2. Sign up for Google AdSense (if don't have an account):
This is where you will get paid. Xoomba will not pay you. Xomba has a special code linked to all of your articles and will split your ad revenue 50-50.

3. Start Writing!
What do I write?:
Xomba has two different methods of online posting in which you can earn money.
1. Xombabytes- Posts of more than 100 words and can be anything from a blog entry, product or movie review, or how to article.2. Xombablurbs- are social bookmarks that allow you to share an intriguing link (URL) from another site. You would write a brief paragraph explaining or reviewing your URL link.Structured like Facebook, once you can navigate your way through Xomba, you will find this site interesting. As long as your posts, comments, and articles include key words from Google, you will continue to make money from Xomba. Xomba also has a refer a friend tool in which you can make money referring friends to Xomba using your own private line (within your profile page). You will receive 10% of all ad revenue for each friend that you invite.
4. Do not stop writing for other writing communities:
Here is my secret. I have tripled my earnings because I write for eHow, Bukisa, and Xomba using the same article. First, I write for eHow. Then I submit my articles for Bukisa, and Xomba. I may change them or tweak the title, but they are basically the same. Furthermore both Bukisa and Xomba have a refer a friend payout system in which you receive a small commission of your network's earnings. The key is to stay active in all three communities, write valuable articles, and help anyone who asks.
5. Submit all of your articles to search engines:
Thanks to Amarande on eHow, I have mastered the art of fast return on my articles. I do not have to wait 30-90 days for my articles to 'mature', and I can drive traffic to my articles immediately. Visit http://www.submitexpress.com/submit.html
Copy your article's URL into the allotted space on Submit Expresss, enter your email, and receive a confirmation that your URL has been accepted. Be sure to check your email as you may have to verify your URL. Submit Express submits your articles to over 20 major search engines including Google. Be sure to do this for each article on eHow, Bukisa, and Xomba. (Links are listed in Resources below).
6. Do all these steps. Don't skip one. If you do one article everyday, submit them to all three communities listed, and submit each article to Submit Express, then you will make excellent money.

How to Make Money With Google Adsense On Blogger.com

1. Decide on a blog concept. Choose a topic you have knowledge about or interest in. To make money from a website, you must be able to generate traffic. Remember that authentic content brings in traffic, and good content is much easier to create if you are well acquainted with, or very interested in, the topic you are writing about. If you garden, for example, start a gardening blog. Consider three factors when making your final decision: 1) how many competitor blogs exist on the same topic, 2) how many Adsense ads are available for that topic, and 3) how likely are you to be able to create consistent, reader-worthy content for it.
2. Create branding. Choose a distinct name that is easy to remember. Check to see if the name you've chosen is available on Blogger.com, as well as on email and Twitter. If so, open accounts to secure the name before someone else does. Your Blogger.com URL will include the word 'blogspot,' but Blogger.com also offers the option of publishing to a domain instead of their free blogspot address. If the name you've chosen is available as a domain and you can afford the monthly web hosting cost, purchase your domain. Create an avatar or logo, and use the same one everywhere.

3. Build your blog. Spend some time researching and viewing successful blogs to study their layout. Blogger.com has user-friendly templates with gadgets that are easy to add. Insert features such as 'Followers,' which enables people to follow your blog and be notified when you post new content. For the protection of their advertisers, Adsense requires that your blog have legitimate content, so don't monetize your blog quite yet.
4. Create top-quality content that provides your readers with useful information. Write with proper grammar and spelling. Write short, concise, valuable posts that make readers want to bookmark your site and return. Use humor, but remain professional. Every published keystroke is potentially permanent, because your content can be copied and forwarded before you have a chance to edit or delete, so never say anything inflammatory or negative. Study search engine optimization, which is the art of designing and writing web content so that search engines can find it more easily, and infuse your writing with lots of searchable phrases that are relevant to your topic.
5. Enrich your site with imagery. Purchase stock photographs, or take photos yourself. Remember that when you 'right click, save-as' any photo from the web you are stealing, unless that photo is specifically marked free for use. Microstock agencies are more affordable than traditional stock photography or hiring a photographer, although for the reduced cost you lose image exclusivity and run the risk that images you purchase will be seen elsewhere. Browse 'free' sections of agencies to see if any of their featured images meet your requirements.
6. Monetize your blog. While logged in to your Dashboard, click on the 'Monetize' tab, and fill in the required information. Adsense will review your site for legitimacy and viable content. Once your blog has been approved, populate your site with ads.
7. Study Adsense rules very carefully, and follow them. Adsense disables accounts without notice for violation of their rules and policies. They have an appeal process, but there is no guarantee you will be reinstated; once you have lost your Adsense account, you cannot open another one.
8. Above-the-fold advertising is seen the most by newspaper readers, and the same applies to websites. Place at least one ad above the scroll line, so that your readers will see it without having to scroll down. Avoid inserting too many ads, as this will make your site appear spam-like.
9. Advertise your site. Network on line, via social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter. Leave comments on other blogs, but only if you have something constructive and positive to say about their content---don't just comment asking them to visit your site. Add your website address to your email signature, and ask your friends to pass it along.
10. Work daily. Add quality content on a regular basis. Three high quality posts per week are better than three quick and careless posts per day. On the days that you are not posting, network instead, as well as research and learn.

How to Block Web Advertising

1. Block ads that are images by setting your browser not to show any images. You may not want to do this if you want to see images that are not ads. To do it, if you have Internet Explorer, go to the Advanced section under the Internet Options in the Tools menu. There is an option that says 'Show Pictures' in the Multimedia section. Click on the button next to it to make this option not selected, if it already is selected. There is a similar option in Firefox, and it is customizable. Open the Options section under the Tools menu, and select the Content tab. You can uncheck the 'Load images automatically' to see no images, or you can add specific websites where you don't want to see images. To do that, click on the 'Exceptions' button next to the 'Load images automatically' option.
2. Set your browser to block pop-up ads. Find this in Internet Explorer under the Tools menu, and in Firefox by selecting 'Tools,' then 'Options' and then looking for the option under the Content tab. Both browsers let you turn on a pop-up blocker and then specify websites that are exceptions where you will allow pop-ups.

3. Install Google Toolbar to block pop-up ads. Google Toolbar is an added set of buttons that can be installed in your browser. Download and install it, and select the option to turn on the pop-up blocker to give you added protection against pop-up ads. You may have to turn this option off occasionally when installing software.
4. Install the Adblock Plus add-on for Firefox. Download it from the add-ons section at the Firefox website. This will block most banner and pop-up ads.

How to Become a Map Maker

1. If you have even the slightest interested in becoming a mapmaker, you'll want to start with the basics: education. There are no specific entry requirements to become a mapmaker, although most employers prefer you to have a Bachelor of Science majoring in computing or geography.
2. Enroll in college. Obviously, you'll want to get your basic classes out of first, but as you start taking courses that have to do with mapping and cartographing, you'll immediately get the feel for this highly-specialized career.

3. You should already be studying maps as a hobby. Look at maps from different eras. Note how mapping has become more sophisticated over time.
4. Get familiar with some of the equipment that mapmakers use. Start investigating Geographic Information Systems (GIS), cartography and photogrammetry. Also, an understanding of 'remote sensing' (observing and measuring aspects of the Earth from a distance) is incredibly important.
5. Get a Bachelor of Science degree in cartography, geography, engineering, forestry or physical science.
6. Learn as much about computers as you can, as cartographers rely on computers for mapping more than ever. That said, some mapmakers have postgraduate qualifications in GIS as well.
7. During summers and before you go to college (or if you're ambitious, during school) get a job at a construction site, architectural or engineering firm or government agencies. Other areas of potential for mapmakers are in urban planning, emergency preparedness and natural resource exploration.

How to Get a Free Website for Affiliate Links

Using Weebly, for example, click the 'Create a Site' option that appears on the page, enter a desired title in the text field provided, specify the type of site you are building, such as 'Business,' and choose a category. Continue to enter a preferred domain name, which makes up the URL address, and then click the 'Continue' button.

3. Design your website pages using the tools in your account. For instance, with Yola, click the 'Page' menu to create the number of pages you need, click the 'Style' menu, select a ready-made page design and click the 'Layout' column to set up the appearance of any rows or columns on your pages. Further, click the widgets in the 'Basic' box on the right and drag them to your page to automatically insert elements such as text blocks and videos.
4. Add affiliate links and marketing features, such as banners, to your preferred pages. To illustrate, click Doodlekit's 'Google AdSense / Advertising Tool' in the menu bar and enter your AdSense client ID (if applicable), or paste another companies' code in the designated text area in the advertising module. Alternately, with WebStarts, click the 'Insert' menu, select the 'HTML Code' option and paste your affiliate code to display your links.
5. Click the 'Save' and 'Publish' options to save your work and make your website viewable on the Internet. View your provider's 'FAQ,' 'Support' or 'Help' page if you need help finding these features.

How to Get an Adsense Account Reinstated

1. Write to Google to explain that you have not violated their Terms of Service. Keep your tone pleasant and offer to provide evidence to show that any clicks on your site are legitimate. Grovel a bit if necessary and ask for a human review. Google will ask you for information before they consider your appeal.
2. Provide the information requested by Google about your publisher ID, website URL, the source of your traffic, your site's audience and any other relevant information. This will show Google that you are serious about your appeal.

3. Collect evidence of the reasons for the suspicious clicks that have led to the Adsense ban. Sometimes a surge in traffic can look suspicious, but if one of your pages has featured on Digg that is a possible explanation. Server logs can also show whether traffic is valid, so keep a backup of these.
4. Continue to write to Google every couple of days. Ask for updates on the review process and include more evidence which will support you case for having Google lift the ban on your Adsense account.
5. Wait for a decision. It may take up to 30 days to get a decision on the Adsense ban. If you have provided enough evidence of your innocence, once the decision is made you will get a letter from Google that your appeal has been successful.

How to Make Money Fast Without a Social Security Card

1. Provide personal services in your neighborhood. There are a variety of ways that you can make money fast by doing things such as babysitting, tutoring students, running errands, mowing lawns, house cleaning and dog walking. Be sure to check with all of your family members, friends and neighbors to find out if they could use your services; and don't forget to inform them of your prices.
2. Gather your old items and have a yard sale. Look around your house for things that you no longer use and try to sell them. You are bound to have some old clothes, house decorations or appliances that you can sell for a reasonable price. Don't forget to create some fliers and post them around your neighborhood to let everyone know about your yard sale. You may even choose to place an advertisement in your local newspaper, in order to reach more people.

3. Visit a local pawn shop. Many people go to pawn shops to get fast money for their personal items. Nowadays, you can practically pawn just about anything of value, such as jewelry, electronics, tools, leather jackets and purses. In order to pawn something, you will need to show the pawnbroker a valid photo ID (like a driver's license), but you certainly do not need to have a social security card.
4. Sell your things online. Take some photos of your personal items and try to sell them on sites such as eBay and Craigslist. Be sure to post high-quality pictures and include a detailed description of the product(s) that you are trying to sell. Using the Internet to sell your personal items is a rather effective way to earn a significant amount of money in a short amount of time.
5. Create a blog to make some extra money. If you enjoy sharing your thoughts and feelings with others and you are somewhat computer savvy, perhaps you should try blogging as a way to generate some extra cash. You can create a free blog through 'Blogger,' and you earn money by placing Google ads on your page. Please note that you will need to sign up for a free Google AdSense account in order to earn money through your blog.

How to Start a Google Website

4. Choose a template from the selection of template types or browse the gallery for more.
5. Enter a name for the site under 'Name your Site'.
6. Give the site a location by entering a URL under 'Your site will be located at this URL'. This is the address the site will live at. The URL for the site cannot conflict with an existing site name so it must be unique. Your Google account name is allowed as a site location.
7. Choose a theme if desired by expanding the 'Choose a theme' tab and selecting a theme.
8. Give the site a description by expanding the 'More Options' tab. You can also choose who can view the site and select a mature content warning by checking the appropriate check box if this warning applies to the site.

How to Report a Violation to Google

3. Type the violating URL address.
4. Select the type of violation you are reporting from the choices displayed. Click 'Submit.'

How to Make Money With Your Own Live Chat Website

1. Determine the type of website you want to start for live chatting. Live chat websites can range from adult-themed to expertise sites such as law or legal advice. Decide which type of live chat site makes sense for you based on your expertise and what you have to offer.
2. Secure a website. Purchase a website through a reputable domain name service. Make sure that the domain registry service participates in the registration of International Domain Names, or IDNs. This is a network which makes sure no one else 'owns' the domain name. Secure a website whose name correlates to the type of live chat you will be performing.

3. Build your live chat website. You can pay to have your website professionally built, or use a 'build it yourself' subscription service. The key things for the live chat website will be building areas where you can chat in groups or in private. Include pages with biographic information, pictures and other information that correlate with your type of live chat site. Also be sure to embed a payment method for your website.
4. Add Google Adsense to your website. Google Adsense is a program which allows advertisers to place advertisements on your website. When an ad gets clicked by a user, the user is then transported to another website. As the host of that ad, you get paid by the advertiser for each click. The amounts vary based on the type of advertisement. See Resources for more information.
5. Advertise your website. To make money, you want to keep your costs low so that you can keep more of the business income. Forgo some of the traditional banner advertising. Those ads will be bought and paid for by corporations. For your website, advertise on community boards and places that share a common theme with your website. As you invite people for live chat, more customers will start to follow.
6. Get customers to commit to paying you. This can be the tricky part. You want to offer enough incentive that when they visit your website, they begin to engage with you and then reach for their wallets. At some point in the conversation, you will have to ask them to 'go private' or pay for a service (such as reviewing a legal document). If they do not, you will eventually have to stop communicating with that person. After all, there is only one of you to make money

How to Make Your Own Website and Profit From It

1. First of all, decide what kind of site you would like to develop. If it's your first website, it might be worthwhile to read up some of the specifics as there are quite a few variables that should be considered. A content site is likely the easiest, with some affiliate marketing and ads. An online store might be more your speed however, and could easily be started up using eBay.
2. Next up it's time to actually build the website with all the bells and whistles. For this, for those who don't have any experience with the intricacies of web programing and design, it's time to either pick out a nice template online or to hire some outside help. Many templates are included with web-hosting, which I'll get around to next.

3. Pick your web host. There are tons of these online, just pick out an affordable one with plenty of storage and bandwidth, and if you need more later just expand it a bit. Most of these will include plenty of tools and features you can use to design your site. Especially check and see if they have any unique looking templates as these can speed up the development time considerably.
4. Select a domain name for your site with your subject matter in mind, unless of course you would like a domain name that would be highly brand-able, which would be perfectly acceptable as well. Domain names are crucial for traffic from search engines which is certainly no laughing matter for web-masters, so choose wisely.
5. Add content to the site, whether articles or merchandise, and continue to add content until you rank well in the search engines, then... well, keep adding content. On the web, content is king.
6. If you'd like to make money with it, after you have the necessary traffic, simply advertise ad-space or add in Google AdSense. If you'd like to make even more, start promoting affiliate products you've had good experience with.

How to Protect My Earnings

1. Protect your earnings by eliminating the amount of cash you carry on your person at all times. Most bank accounts provide liability for debit and credit card purchases in case your wallet is ever lost or stolen. This is in contrast to lost or stolen cash, which has no liability protection.
2. Take advantage of your employer's direct deposit program, if available. This will allow your paycheck to deposit automatically into the bank account of your choosing. You may then carry a debit card instead of cash.

3. Check to see if your bank account is FDIC insured if you plan to save your wages. This insures your money in case anything happens to your bank. Most FDIC-insured banks insure accounts up to $250,000.
4. Speak with your bank concerning additional coverage, or spread excess money into multiple accounts. This is a better alternative to storing cash in your home or other location, as you will still receive liability coverage for unauthorized transactions and payment of this money if the bank closes.
5. Pay your bills and taxes on time to avoid any wage garnishments, thereby protecting your earnings. Garnishment can cause additional late payments toward other bills, as well as bounced checks or declined purchases. Avoid these additional fees by staying current with your bills and keeping track of your payments.

How to Create Multiple Streams of Income Online

1. Create a niche website. The more specific the topic of the website, the better your chances of earning higher income. Choose a topic that you're knowledgeable and passionate about, and start creating content related to your topic. Monetize your site with ads relevant to your site's topic using Google AdSense or by joining an ad network (see Resources below).
2. Sign up for an email marketing service, such as Constant Contact or iContact, that will help you manage an email mailing list (see Resources below). Create a signup box for your website so that your website visitors can sign up to receive updates from you. Send out a regular newsletter packed with useful information related to your niche topic. You can place ads directly in your newsletter, or promote other people's products for an affiliate commission.

3. Create a blog related to a niche topic. It can be the same topic as your website, or something else that you're interested in. Stay abreast of the most current news and information on your topic and make regular posts to your blog. Help to create a sense of community among your readers by encouraging and responding to comments. Monetize your blog with ads, through an ad network or Google AdSense (see Resources below).
4. Write articles related to topics that interest you and publish them to sites that offer revenue sharing programs, such as Associated Content or eHow (see Resources below). Be sure to follow the guidelines for the specific site that you're writing for, and publish as many articles as you have time to write. The more articles you publish, the more revenue you could potentially earn.
5. Write content for other business websites for a fee. Once you've become a skilled content creator, it won't be hard to get other businesses interested in having you help them create content for their sites, especially if you know how to optimize the content so that it's search engine friendly.
6. Create an ebook and offer it for sale on your website, through your blog or through your mailing list. If you have specialized knowledge in a certain area, your ebook will be filled with valuable information that others would be willing to pay for. You can also allow other website owners to promote your ebook for a percentage of the sale, otherwise known as an affiliate program (see Resources below).

How to Build a Free Complex Website

1. Sign up for a free Web host like Wordpress. Wordpress has the advantage of having the Wordpress content management system preinstalled for you. Over 10 million websites use Wordpress as of July 2010. Even some professional publications, like Anderson Cooper 360's blog, use Wordpress.
2. Change your website's default theme. Your website automatically starts out with a very basic blue design with a few basic widgets on the side of your Web page. There are literally thousands of free themes for you to use. Click 'add new theme' and search for a theme. You can filter searches by color, number of columns and more. It should be very easy to find a theme that fits your website's niche.

3. Install plug-ins. Click 'add plug-in' and search for a plug-in. Plug-ins add new functions to your website--for example, the 'Aksimet' plug-in filters out spam messages from your website. It is up to you to decide what is needed for your site. You are the webmaster.
4. Add content to your site. Click 'add post' or 'add page' to create new posts and Web pages for your site. Common basic pages you should provide are the frequently asked questions (FAQ) page, contact information page and 'about us' page.

How to Find Keywords

1. Search for the right keyword tool. Many are free, while some charge a fee, but most depend on the same source to compile their information: the Google AdWords Keyword Tool. Google has built one of the most informative tools for advertisers and publishers alike, and it's the best place to start looking for keywords. The tool is free to use.
2. Start with topics you know. Enter one or two keywords into the search box at the top of the keyword tool and hit search. You'll receive a list of keywords related to your initial search terms, along with the current competition and the previous month's search volume.

3. Find keywords using Google's search engine, or test the popularity of the keywords you have selected. Visit Google's homepage to use their search engine and type in your keywords, one at a time. Google has a function that 'completes' your possible search term, based on popularity. For example, if the keyword you enter is 'shoes,' Google suggest terms like 'shoes for crews' or 'shoes on sale' in the drop-down box. Because these results are based on popularity, it's a great way to find potential keywords.

How to Earn Money with Pay To Click

SAFETY FIRST! If you don't already have your computer protected, go to http://pack.google.com and get yourself a copy of Spyware Doctor. It is a free product. Download it and set it up to run once a day to make sure you don't pick up any nasties.
2.

Go to your search engine -- like google or yahoo -- and type in 'pay to click sites' or 'PTC sites'. You will find reviews of many sites and you can decide which ones to join.

GET PAID! Most of the sites will pay you to either your Paypal account or your AlertPay account. These accounts are free and you can transfer your earnings from them right to your bank account.
4. Bookmark your PTC sites and visit them once or twice a day. Click the ads and remember to request payout once you have reached the required number of clicks.

How to Make Money Writing for Revenue

1. Consider writing for Triond. Triond accepts online content in any form, and also accepts photographs and audio recordings. There is a short wait while Triond reviews your work before they publish it. After that, they share 50 percent of the earnings on your article.
2. Write for InfoBarrel. This site gives you 75 percent of the Adsense revenue generated by your articles. They accept multiple content forms from their freelance writers, including how-to articles.

3. Sign up with Squidoo. With this site, you can create pages that are called 'lenses' with content, links, photos and more. You get 50 percent of the revenue generated by your lenses.
4. Write for Bukisa. Bukisa is relatively new on the revenue-sharing landscape. You can write articles or upload presentations or videos. Bukisa pays based on page views, not straight ad revenue. The amount of money you get per page view depends on how the site is doing as a whole, so contributing good content counts.
5. Consider signing up with Helium. Helium offers small upfront payments for certain articles, and also offers residual income on top of that. Helium is a very involved site, meaning writers are expected to rate other writers' articles. Your articles also have to rate highly in comparison to other similar articles in order to earn money. It's worth it for a lot of writers, because Helium is a respected site and they also have weekly contests that pay up to $60 per winning article. They also have a marketplace where clients request content, and writers battle it out to write the best pieces to get picked by the client. Some of these clients pay $100 or more per article.
6. Consider writing for Suite101. This freelance writing site has been around for more than a decade, and has a reputation for paying well. Articles must be at least 400 words and written in the third-person. Each article goes live immediately, but is also reviewed, post-publication, by an editor who will help you make your article the best it can be. Suite101 editors help their writers with proper keywords, grammar and everything else so that you earn the most you can from your articles.
7. Set up an account with Associated Content. Like Helium, Associated Content offers small up-front fees for certain original articles, on top of the residual income. The first pieces you submit are likely to be in the queue for a long time, however. Once the editors approve them, your wait time will be decreased. Associated Content ranks particularly high with Google.
8. Write original news articles for Orato. This site, like Suite101, bills itself as an online magazine for freelance writers. They share 20 percent of the revenue from your articles with you.
9. Consider writing for FireHow. This site is similar to eHow, in that it asks for how-to articles. FireHow is another newcomer to the residual income world of freelance writing sites.
10. Write articles for HubPages. HubPages is similar to Squidoo. Articles on HubPages are known as 'hubs,' and can be a combination of links, photos, affiliate links and content. HubPages gives their freelance writers 60 percent of the revenue generated by Adsense.
11. Consider setting up an account with Xomba. This site has two parts: content and social bookmarking. They pay 50 percent of the revenue generated by Adsense. Xomba has a lively community and is another place where freelance writers can earn residual income.

How to Increase Adsense Earnings

1. **Take Google's Optimization Tips to Heart**On your Adsense account page is a tab labeled 'Resources', and under this tab is a link to 'Optimization Tips'. Memorize these!Seriously, Google's own advice is your best starting point for increasing your Adsense income. They cover topics like which color palettes to use; where to place ads on your website; image vs text ads; optimizing for particular sites, like blogs and forums. They also cover use of some of Google's powerful tools, like channels and Google Analytics.Spend a good amount of time here. This is clearly your best starting point for increasing your revenue from Adsense.
2. **Make Maximum Use of Your Content**One of the biggest challenges of building traffic on the web is knowing what you want to say, and finding the best way to say it.But once you've found your voice -- that is, now that you have solid content on the web -- don't keep it all in one place. There are several places where you can post similar (not identical!) material, draw additional traffic, and earn additional Adsense income. For instance, at Google Knol (knol.google.com), you can post informative articles on the topics you know best. Add your own Adsense ads to the Knol, and you have a new source of income. For less scholarly sorts of content, you can post at Xomba.com, and once again, include your Adsense code to generate new income.Posting at both Knol or Xomba is relatively quick and easy, especially when you already have your topic already thought out and ready to go.

3. **Practice Product Placement**I've found it useful to mention product names when possible, as long as they are consistent with the content on my sites. The names act as keywords that offer a triple benefit of increasing traffic, improving search engine rankings, and attracting high paying ads. For instance, I'll say Adwords right here, just to throw in that as a keyword.
4. **Move Your Visitors**Make your viewers move around the page, so that they're sure to come across your ads.You can't point them directly to the ads, of course, as that's not in keeping with Adsense terms of use. But you can certainly direct readers to different parts of your website with phrases like: 'See the Resources section directly below' or similar such wording. As a matter of fact, be sure to see the Resources section directly below, for more useful information. Also be sure to see the More Articles Like This, and Related Articles, elsewhere on this page for more tips on optimizing Adsense earnings.

How to Make Google Find My Website

Getting Your Webpage Found by Google
1. Evaluate your Web pages to make sure the Google index crawler can find you. Verify your page names contain readable words and are hyphenated if they are more than two words. Using numbers or another type of naming system will keep Google from finding your site.
2. Check if your website is found by Google by typing 'site:yourwebsite.com' on the Google homepage. This will tell if your site is being included in Google's search results.

3. Add your URL to Google's 'Add your URL to Google' page.
4. Find other websites you can add your URL link to. Join an organization related to your content and add your link to its member site. By having other websites point to yours, Google can find your website in multiple locations because you are better linked throughout the Internet.
5. Create a Google site map and submit it to your 'Google Webmaster Tools' account page. Site maps are an effective way of listing your site's URLs and submitting them to Google's index. You can create a text-based site map, use Google's site map generator or find many free automatic generators online.
6. Add your site to Google News if it contains news content. Go to the Google page 'News (publishers) Help.'
7. Create a Google business account if you have a commercial website in a specific location. Go to the Google page 'Local Business Center.'

How to Change Your Google Name

1. Log in to your account using your current username and password. This can be done through mail.google.com.
2. Open the 'Settings' tab that appears on any Gmail page on the top right-hand corner between your user name and the 'Help' tab.

3. Click on the second tab from the left called 'Accounts and Import.'
4. Click on the 'Edit Info' link in the 'Send mail as:' section (the second block from the top). A new window will open.
5. Click on the second radio button next to the empty box and type in the name that you desire to see on your account.
6. Hit the 'Save Changes' button after the name has satisfactorily been typed into the box.

How to Stay at Home and Make Money on the Internet

1. Stay at home and make money on the internet by starting a blog and monetizing it by adding Google Adsense ads. When you add Google ads to your blog, when people visit your blog and click on the Google ads that they may be interested in, you make money.
2. Stay at home and make money on the internet by selling things on Ebay. Visit www.ebay.com and sign up for a free Ebay account. You can start off by auctioning off personal items, old items, non-used items or things you really don't use anymore. If you like to make crafts or jewelry, you can sell them as well to start making money.

3. Stay at home and make money on the internet by writing ebooks on subjects that interest you and topics that you know something about. You can find websites that will allow you to upload your ebooks to their website so that you can sell them through their website for a small percentage of the sale. You can even allow over people (affiliates) to sell your ebooks to help bring in more money. (View links below under resources for a company that allows you to sell ebooks and allows other people to sell your ebooks).
