How to Promote Affiliate Products Without A Website

1. Join Forums and discussion groupsDo a quick Google search and find a few forums that are related to the product you will be promoting. Find at least 2 or 3 that have a high page rank and register with them. Once you register set up your signature line which is where you will put your name and affiliate links. After you do that it is time to get active. Start posting questions, comments and answers to other member's questions. Don't promote your products in the body of your posts. Simply write a valuable informative response and people will read your signature line and more than likely visit your site. The more active you are the better. Try to visit the forums a few times a week. Once people see that you are a valuable contributor they will start to trust you. Once you build trust you will begin to attract visitors to your affiliate links. The more visitors you get the more likely you are to get sales.
2. Writing ArticlesThis is probably the best way to generate a ton of targeted traffic to your affiliate products. If you write good informative articles you will get a decent amount of traffic to your site. Submit each article you write to several different directories. I personally submit my articles to 7 different directories.Ezinearticles.com
Ideamarketers.com
Articledashboard.com
Affsphere.com
Ehow.com (revenue sharing site)
Flixya.com (revenue sharing site)
Howhub.com (revenue sharing site)Your articles don't have to be long. 300-400 words will do just fine. Make sure you have a compelling title. If the title isn't interesting then people won't read the article which means you won't get any traffic or sales.Make sure your article has a good keyword density. This is how people will find your article when they use search engines such as Google or when they search on the article directory site.Once you finish writing your article you will have a box that is called the resource box. This is where you will put your affiliate links and any other information about the product you are promoting. The great thing about articles is that they stay in the archives of these directories forever so you can still be getting sales from your articles years after you have written them. Doesn't get any better than that.

3. Linkreferral.comLinkreferral is a free traffic exchange site. You have to participate on a regular basis in order to get a decent amount of traffic. Here is how it works. You have to visit 30 sites in the network a day, comment on 5 of them, favorite 1 of them and make a post in the forums. Once you have done that you will receive 30-60 unique visitors to your site a day. Not bad for about 30-40 minutes worth of work.
4. Create a squidoo pageIt is true that you do not need your own personal website in order to promote affiliate products. The problem is that not all article directories will let you send their visitors to an affiliate website. Ezinearticles.com is one of them. Ezinearticles.com gets A LOT of traffic so it would be a great idea to submit articles to their site. To make sure your articles get published and to get around the fact that you can't send visitors directly to an affiliate website you can simply set up a squidoo page.Squidoo is a very high ranking site. Put together a good squidoo page by posting articles (the same ones you post in the article directories) and other information about the product you are promoting. From there you can send them to your affiliate site.

How to Make Money to View Ads

1. Look over the terms and conditions of the different sites offering to pay you to view advertisements. Look for a site with a low cash-out amount but not one that makes it seem like you will get rich quick on their site.
2. Read through the payment terms of each site. Always look for one paying a set fee for advertisements and not one that promises free products or gift cards.

3. Perform a web search for the name of the site you are considering plus the word 'scam' or 'review'. This will give you links to user-written reviews of the company so you get an idea of the working conditions.
4. Set up a junk email account. When doing work for sites that pay users for watching advertisements, there is a good chance the site will share your email address with the advertisers. Using a junk email address for this type of work will keep your regular email box free of spam.
5. Sign up for an account at one or more of the sites that you decided fits your needs. Read through any information they send to you to ensure you are following all of the site's rules.
6. Complete the screening survey to determine your demographics. The survey will ask your age, gender, household makeup and yearly income at the minimum. You may have to answer additional questions depending on the site you choose.
7. Select an available advertisement to watch. Keep the advertisement at the front of your screen.
8. Respond to any prompts presented during or at the end of the advertisement. You may need to click on the flashing button or another target within a set number of seconds. These prompts ensure you are watching the ad and not just opening it and walking away.
9. Answer any questions asked about the advertisement. Questions may include if you think the advertisement is effective or if you would change anything about the ad. You typically receive more pay for ads that require you to give your opinion.
10. Continue watching any available advertisement. If you run out, log out of the website and try again within a few hours. If possible, sign up for email alerts from the site so you receive notice of when new advertisements are available.

How to Make Money on the Internet

1. **Read this, just for a bit of inspiration**I make about $3,500 a month on the internet. Not quite enough for me and my family to live on, but a nice addition to my income just the same. It's pretty easy, and pretty quick, to get a SMALL income stream started. It takes time and effort to build it up. Might as well get started today.
2. **Take stock of what you have to offer**If you are a writer, programmer, designer, or photographer, there are oodles of opportunities for you. If you have a speciality of any sort -- carpentry, raising kids, planning vacations or weddings, playing Guitar Hero 3 -- you can get paid for your expertise.Even if you think all you can offer is time, there are plenty of opportunities for you as well.

3. **Scan the available steps**I've listed a lot of options in the steps that follow, all of them legitimate. Pick the one that seems the best fit for you and your skills, and start exploring.
4. **Freelance Work**If you have a skill to offer, check out the various freelance sites (sometimes called 'personal outsourcing'), like elance.com and guru.com (see the Resources section for the links I mention). You can post your skills at these sites, so potential customers can check you out, and you can also look around for freelance projects that others have posted. There are tons of opportunities for freelancers, in very varied fields. Common projects, though, are writing, computer or graphics design work, creating web pages, programming, writing brochures or reports, illustration, photography, and so on.Pay can be pretty good, especially after you've earned a quality rating at one or more of the freelancing sites. At the same time, though, keep in mind that you're competing with freelancers from around the world.Take a look at the 'How Elance Works' video on their main page to get a quick overview.
5. **Try Writing Web Content**There are a quite a number of ways to take your skill as a writer and turn it into cash. One of them is right here at eHow. Write brief 'How to' articles on any topic of your choosing, and get paid for the article. The more popular the article, the more income you can expect. A good article will bring in $50 per year or more. Write 10 top-notch articles, and that's $500. A hundred articles...you get the picture.I can't say enough good things about eHow. To my mind, it is the best income generating opportunity available. Google the term 'ehow101' to learn more about how to make it work.UPDATE: eHow is now run through its parent company, Demand Media Studios (DMS). If you want to apply to write for eHow or other DMS properties, or to be an editor, check out the freelancer's application at demandmedia.com.
6. **Write Product Review**ConsumerSearch.com, a site owned by the N.Y. Times, pays freelance writers a minimum of $350 per article for product reviews. While that sounds like good money (and it is...and you can earn even more than that!), their particular brand of reviews requires good research and writing skills, and takes a lot of work. Check 'em out at consumersearch.com/jobs.
7. **More writing opportunities**--At SoftwareJudge.com, write reviews of select software products...top reviews earn up to $50 each.--Product Reviews. You may be familiar with epinions.com, but did you know they pay cash for good quality reviews. You won't get rich, but you can get started.--Suggest domain names according to site descriptions at Pickydomains.com Get $25 for each name that is chosen.--At Xomba.com, write anything you feel like, and collect 50% of any advertising income from Adsense clicks on your page.--Become a fledgling journalist at examiner.com, and cover a special topic area in your neck of the woods...they pay pretty well.--Other writing sites include associatedcontent.com, firehow.com, helium.com, and Squidoo. In fact, one of my eHow colleagues has put together a very nice Squidoo 'lens' with 101 sites where you can get paid to provide content...check it out in the Resources section.
8. **Check out QA Sites**I earn much of my income as an online researcher, answering folks questions on everything under the sun: investments, market research, divorce law, homework help...you name it. If this sounds like your cup of tea, here are some resources to explore:--The Association of Independent Information Professionals (aiip.org) can help you build you own QA website and business. I've built my research business at xooxleanswers.com, and it is a steadily growing source of income for me.--I also work with Uclue.com Though they are not accepting new researchers right now, it's worth a look to see how a well-developed QA site works.--Another QA site is JustAnswer, and they offer small payments for answers to questions.
9. **Earn money from your own blog or website**The key is to generate as much traffic as you can, and to have your visitors click on ads and affiliate links. The more people visiting your site, clicking on ads, and buying affiliate products, the more income you can earn. As good as this sounds, income is generally more a trickle than a flood. But again, steadily building your site (or sites), and building traffic, is the key to generating a steadily growing stream of income.Google Adsense is the most commonly used service for placing banner and text ads on blogs and websites. As I've learned to maximize Adsense income over the years, I've come to recognize this as one of the best income-generating opportunities available. You can also incorporate in-text ads (the colored, underlined text with small pop-up ads). I like InfoLinks.com for this, and Kontera.com is another commonly used service.Affiliate ads usually pay whenever a sale is made for a product. Amazon.com has one of the most well-known affiliate programs that all you to sell books or other Amazon products on your site or blog, and earn a cut of the sale.Other good affiliate resources are Commission Junction at cj.com, LinkShare.com, and AssociatePrograms.com.
10. **Blog With the Best of Them**If you don't have a site of your own, starting a blog is pretty easy at sites like Blogger.com, and Wordpress.com. Blogs make money through online advertising and affiliate sales, such as through the Amazon.com affiliates program. Blogger makes it very simple to automatically place Google Adsense ads on your blog. Also, at Orble.com, you can take ownership of an abandoned blog with a specific focus, like Film, or Travel, and collect a portion of the ad revenues. The advantage of this is that the blog is already well-represented in search engines, and can often generate much more traffic than a new blog of your own. See Orble under the Resource links for more information.
11. **Sell your photos**At sites like istockphoto.com and shutterpoint.com you can upload still photos or videos for sale, and receive a royalty payment every time someone makes use of your content.
12. **Take Online Surveys**I mention survey work with a good deal of trepidation...the surveys are tedious, the pay is meager, and there are many sites that are dubious, or out and out scams. The most legitimate operation I know is GlobalTestMarket.com. They offer real surveys, and they pay real money. Again...tedious, and earning takes a long, long time.CashCrate.com also pays users to take online surveys. They strike me as legitimate, but I confess, I don't have any first-hand experience with it, so approach with caution...SurveyScout.com is another possibility, but unlike CashCrate, they charge a membership fee before you can get started (Boo!). I've also heard some negative feedback from users of this site, so proceed with caution (if you proceed at all!).
13. **Teaching and Tutoring**Search on [ Online tutoring ] and you'll uncover dozens of sites in this booming corner of the internet. Many accept applications for online tutors, with variable rates and topic areas. Two to consider are tutor.com and ehomeworkhelp.com
14. **Check into online 'Jury Duty'**Here's an odd one. Lawyers looking for feedback on how a case will play before a jury can make use of online e-jury sites to solicit input from the type of average citizens that show up on juries. Yes, you get paid. Fees for complex cases can run over $50, though $20 is more typical. To serve as an online juror, check out onlineverdict.com, or trialpractice.com.Be aware, though, that none of the sites I've registered at has ever actually contacted me for a jury case, so I'm not sure just how active these services are. If anyone knows more about them, please leave a remark in the Comments.
15. **Become a virtual office assistant**At TeamDoubleClick, you can sign on for temporary jobs as an office assistant, handling correspondence, emails, bookkeeping, data entry, and other office jobs. Think of it as an online temp agency for virtual work. Pay is varied, but you are not obliged to take jobs that don't meet your financial needs.
16. **Play games**At moola.com, you can get paid to play. This is probably the strangest one yet, and I can't personally vouch for it (I've only tinkered with the site), but it looks legitimate. Moola starts you off by giving you a penny, which you can then double, and double again, through a variety of games and activities.Presumably, they make oodles of money through ads, and are willing to throw some of it your way by participating in their zany set of games and marketing gimmicks. They call themselves a 'Massively Multiplayer Rewards Game'. It's too complicated to explain here, but worth a look.
17. **Participate in crowdsource design**'Crowdsourcing' is the buzzword for getting a lot of people to do your work for you. If you're good at designing things like t-shirts, logos, fancy fonts, and other graphics, take a look at the challenges at 99designs.com and threadless.com.If your design is chosen, you can collect hundreds or even thousands of dollars.
18. **More blogging opportunities**How does $100 a month sound for writing a few blog posts every week? That's what you can be paid (actual range is $84-140) if you get accepted as a blogger at Creative Weblogging. They are a large blog network, and seem to have mastered the art of monetizing their many sites. All they need are people to write them, and keep the content fresh.UPDATE: Creative Weblogging has changed hands and is changing how -- or if -- it pays bloggers. Stay tuned for additional updates.
19. **Earn with any type of content**Blogging, articles, photos, video, you name it. Flixya offers 100% of ad revenue to anyone who posts at their website (you need to have your own Google Adsense account to participate). Words, pictures, videos, whatever ya got. Post it, bring in some traffic, and collect some ad clicks. (Haven't tried it yet myself, but Flixya has a good reputation).
20. **Just Visit**Another site that pays for content is mylot.com, but they also promise earnings everytime you use the site!. They also pay for referrals. Haven't given them a test run yet, so use them with caution, but they seem worth exploring, at least. If you have experience with them, please post a comment, below.
21. **Listen to music**At slicethepie.com, you can get paid for listening to music.Say what!!! Yep, listen to upcoming artists, and review their music. The more reviews you write -- and the better you are at spotting new talent -- the more you can get paid. Some folks are pulling in several dollars per review.
22. **Typing and Dictation**If you have good typing skills, consider Speak-Write.com, an online dictation service.
23. **Stay focused**You can participate in online focus groups at 2020research.com, where you review a product you've used, or discuss an issue of interest to you. Payment ranges from about $50-150 per session. Participants are typically asked to join a group once or twice a year.
24. **Work for Google**Ha, ha...couldn't resist. But you can earn through Google by posting content at Google Knol. This online encylopedia-like site is a place where anyone can contribute content, and you can 'monetize' your efforts by placing Adsense ads on your article to generate revenue. I wrote a Knol about eHow. You can see it by searching on the term ehow101.
25. **Review websites for usability**You can get paid for reviewing websites. Usertesting.com pays $10 per website review, where you provide feedback on quality and usability. It's not open-ended...you have to be selected to test, based on your demographic profile.
26. **Earn money reading emails**Really! Of course, there are ads involved, and you might be asked to click a few things, but it's not difficult. Expect to get 5-10 emails a day (more, if you register multiple email addresses), and earn a few pennies per email. Check out InboxDollars.com.
27. **Try a little bit of everything**Genuinejobs.com is a legitimate work-at-home (telecommuting) site that lists hundreds of jobs, none of which require a fee, and many of which can be done online. Registration is simple...worth checking out.
28. **Write for the NY Times**Really! The Times owns two sites that regularly hire writers.I already mentioned ConsumerSearch.com up above, a site that uses freelance writers to create detailed reviews of common consumer products...minimum pay is $350 per write-up, and they do a lot of hiring.About.com, another Times property, hires writers as guides. These positions, paying $725/month or more, are tough to get, but worth looking into.
29. **And don't forget...**At the risk of repeating myself, eHow is just about the best opportunity out there. Although getting on board through Demand Media Studios takes more work than at the eHow of old, it's still worth the effort.

How to Add Amazon Context Links to Wordpress

1. Download the Amazon Links Pro WordPress Plugin from Tod Sacerdoti. WordPress add-ons are managed through user-created plug-ins.
2. Unzip the plugin. Via FTP, upload the amazon-links-pro.php file to the /wp-content/plugins folder on your Web server.

3. Log in to your WordPress administrator’s panel and click on “Plugins” so that you can activate it. After activation, you will need to customize the Amazon Context Links plug-in.

5. Choose how many Context Links you would like to appear on a page, as well as from which categories you would like products chosen. Enter your Amazon Associate Tag in the appropriate box. It is important that you enter this, or you will not be credited for purchases from your site.
6. Verify that the links appear as you want them to by checking the Sample Preview box. After selecting all of your options, click on the “Update Options” button.
7. Check your site in 45-60 minutes to see if Amazon has crawled the site and added Context Links. Context Links will have a small pop-up box appear if you hover over ext that is hyperlinked. If the links do not show up within the first hour, Amazon is likely a bit backlogged and it will take a bit more time.

How to Build a Web Site That Makes Money or Income

1. The first thing you need to do is have a plan make a check list to follow and stick to it.
What interests do you have, hobbies ,work related ,sports that you have experience with ,etc.
You will need a good web site builder like Dream weaver or Front page I use Front page and become familiar with FTP to upload your site.
Before you build your web site you need a domain name for it. The key factors in selecting a domain name' web address' that will boost your profits or income Make your business web site look as professional and targeted as possible to the people that are looking to buy. This can take some time but write down what domain names you want. Then go to a hosting service like godaddy, that is who I use they are reliable and have good prices. Type in the name and see if it available, try and use .com if possible.
Remember that the search engines like your site name in the domain name. Here is a example: If you like golf look for something like 'my golf tips' or' golfhelpbooks' you get the idea. Whatever you decide on make sure that the subject is in the domain name.
2. The articles, and information on the site should be relevant to the site and should target the area of the public that the website is concerned with.
The site should be easy to use, with the interface and navigation simple and reliable.
The graphics and text should include a single style and the same font throughout, to show consistency. The style should be professional, appealing and relevant.
The site must also be easy to find ,good key words on each page, so that the major search engines and folks searching can find it.
Getting people to pay attention to your content, good publishing provides the unique opportunity to create targeted content for whatever product you choose to sell. Create a good quality web page in a proven market by packaging together similar or complementary products with reviews on the page. If you have your own product to sell you can use Pay pal or Google merchants to collect payments I use both. Both these credit card services are easy to use and give you the buy buttons to place on your page. I like to use the smallest buy button that is available. You can also use drop down buy buttons if you have more then one product to sell on one page.

3. Does one of your web site sell to businesses or shoppers? Position your content or reviews accordingly. Figure out how you can cut through the clutter to reach your target audience through writing what they need to read and what they are looking to purchase.
You will need to make sure that the web site is content rich, have atlas 100 or more words on the index page(or home page) to allow the search engines to find your site. Keep the content about what the site has to offer and have solutions or answerers to what people are searching for. If you are selling products make sure each page is linked to the home page. Offer product reviews on the page with a affiliate link or banner to the site that is selling the product.

It is Pay Per Click and Contextual advertising Adsense has many different options on how to place there ads on your page. The html part of the page needs to have the key words in the title so the correct ads appear on the page. Remember never ,never, click on your own ads Google will ban you for click fraud.
These are just a few good web site building tips that I have learned through trial and error. If you have any questions on how to make a website that makes money post them and I will do my best to answer them.

How to Increase eCPMs

1.

Compare the performance of the same ad in different places.

Analyze the placement and performance of existing AdSense ads on your site. Since Google measures the click-through rate of ads in its calculation of how to compensate publishers, you should publish ads where your users notice. Click on them. As Keith D'Souza advises, you can analyze this behavior by using AdSense Channels to monitor the performance of different ad positions, ad sizes, and ad formats. AdSense allows you to show both display and text ads. Experiment with each format to see which leads to more user interaction. Display those ads.
2.

Give your existing audience more enjoyment.

Incorporate strategies to make your site 'stickier' for existing readers. this will create more impressions from the same audience. Noted blogger Amit Agarwal suggests adding a search box to the top and bottom of every page on your site. Similarly, Darren Rowse of Problogger suggests you offer conspicuous subscription options to your readers. Rowse also suggests increasing interactivity by adding a subscribe-to-comment feature and by responding to comments yourself. This will create increased impressions from people following the conversation. Further, consider incorporating a related content section on each page so visitors easily can find more content that they enjoy.

3.

Make it easy for your audience to share your content.

Get increased traffic and, therefore, increased ad impressions by promoting your site. Integrate social networking links that allow your audience to share content they enjoy with their network. Also consider unconventional sources of traffic. As Amit Agrawal points out, if you publish some content to sites like Flickr, YouTube, and Twitter, you can garner new audience members for your content.
4.

Car dealerships spend more on ads than cafes.

Increase your ad revenues by targeting a more lucrative audience. All audiences are not equal, and since advertisers bid for ad placement on websites through Google, those advertisers with higher profit margins are able to bid more. For example, a car dealership makes much more per new customer than does a cafe. So if your content targets people shopping for new cars, your eCPM will be higher than a site targeting people looking for the best local coffee.

How to Make Money With Free Content

1. Register with content sites, such as HubPages, Squidoo and Helium. These sites have programs for writers to create free content. They make money for the writer in several different ways. For example, HubPages lets you place Google Adsense advertisements on your content page. The site also encourages product links to Amazon and eBay. The writer shares revenue with the content site. With HubPages, for example, the writer receives roughly 60 percent of the revenue. Squidoo and Helium have similar structures, although Helium only uses Google Adsense.
2. Start a blog. Write new articles often and engage with your visitors in the comments section to maintain reader interest. The blog can cover technical topics, like electronic devices, or more personal ones, such as family life and relationships. As you build up readers, you can make money by offering related products for sale either directly with your own web store or as an affiliate for another web store. For example, if you blog about animals, you can create an affiliate link to a site that sells dog products. The affiliate pays you an agreed-upon amount for every product that you help sell. You also can sell ad space for related products on your blog.

3. Write ebooks. An ebook is an informational electronic book. For example, if you are a dog trainer, you can write an ebook about training dogs. Some writers sell their ebooks, but you can offer one for free. Typically, this is done to give your readers something of tangible value while also offering other products or services that they may purchase. You can use affiliate programs and Google Adsense as other income streams. With an ebook, you can provide valuable information for free and promote your own 'more valuable' product, which comes with a fee. For example, a free dog training ebook could be used to promote your dog training videos.

How to Set Up a Google AdWords Account

Initial Setup
1. Go to the Google AdWords home page and click the 'Start Now' button.
2. Choose a 'Starter' or 'Standard Edition' account. For the most flexibility in your Google AdWords ads, choose the standard edition.

3. Select the language in which you want your ads to display. Choose the language your customers are most likely to use.
4. Decide how targeted you want your ads to be. If you are selling worldwide (an e-book as an affiliate marketer, for example) you'll likely want to choose all countries and territories. If you are a physical business that ships throughout your country, choose your country only. If you are a local business that only sells locally, choose the customized option and your ads will only show up for customers within the geographical area you specify. Click 'Continue' when you've made your choices.
Creating Your Google AdWords Ad
5. Type the headline of your ad. Make this catchy, and be sure it contains the keyword phrase you want this ad to trigger. For example, if you are selling cat furniture want the ad to show up when someone enters the phrase 'buy cat furniture' into Google, your headline might be 'Buy Cat Furniture For Less.' You have a maximum of 35 characters to create your headline, so make every word count.
6. Enter the first description line of your ad. You have 25 characters to give a brief description of your products. For example: 'Fun Furniture For Cats.'
7. Create the last line of your ad. You will want to entice the reader to visit your Web site so tell them to do so with an offer like 'See Our Selection Here.' Again, you have 25 characters so make your words count.
8. Add the display URL of your Web site to your AdWords ad.
9. Include your destination URL. This can be the same as your display URL if you want to send customers to your home page of your Web site. If you are an affiliate marketer, though, enter the link with your affiliate ID to ensure your commission should someone buy through your ad. Click 'Continue.'
Entering Your Keywords
10. Choose the phrases and keywords you think are most likely to trigger your ad. Your Google AdWords ad is displayed only when someone enters a search term into Google that you have specifically requested, so do some keyword research to ensure you know which phrases will work best for your product.
11. Enter your chosen keywords into the box provided, one per line. Beside this box you will see a link named 'Advanced Option: Match Types.' This shows you how to add special characters to your keywords to control how exact you want to match your keywords to an entered search term. For example: [cat furniture] will only display if someone enters that exact phrase into Google, while 'cat furniture' will also show for phrases such as 'buy cat furniture' or 'cheap cat furniture.' Leaving a keyword phrase without special characters ensures your ads will show up when any combination of a keyword phrase is entered, such as 'sell cat furniture.'
12. Add negative keywords. There may be some words or phrases that you don't want your ads to show up for. A good example of this is the word 'free.' You're not giving away your product so you don't want to waste time or clicks on people looking for a free ride. You can eliminate all keyword searches that contain the word 'free' by entering the word with a minus sign in front of it ('-free'). Click 'Continue' when you are done entering your keywords.
Adding Personal and Campaign Information
13. Choose the currency you'll use to pay for your advertising.
14. Select your daily Google AdWords campaign budget. This is how much you are willing to spend per day on advertising. While you don't want to set it too high and overspend, you also don't want to set it so low that your ads won't show up enough to generate business. As a starting point, try for $10 a day and lower or raise it as needed.
15. Choose your cost per click (CPC), or how much you are willing to pay each time someone clicks on your ad. Try entering a low number to begin with and click the 'Get Estimate' button to find out if your ads will display at that price and where your ad will show in comparison to similar ads. You may have to raise your price for better positioning.
16. Review your ad and make sure everything is correct. Click 'Continue' when you are done.
17. Choose whether you are a new user or have an existing Google account. Complete the following steps if you are a new user.
18. Enter your email address and choose a password. Then enter the security word shown and click on the 'Create Account' button.
19. Go to your email in-box and open the confirmation email from Google. Click the activation link and sign into your new AdWords account.
20. Click on the link to the fields for your billing information. Your ads will not begin showing until this last step is completed.
21. Choose your country and time zone.
22. Choose your preferred payment method.
23. Read and agree to Google's terms of service.
24. Enter your credit card or bank information and your billing address.
25. Indicate from the options your type of business.
26. Click 'Save' to activate your account.
27. Your Google AdWords account is now created and your ads will begin displaying shortly.

How to Make Money with Hub Pages

1.

Browse the Hub Pages site online (see link under resources, below) to get a feel for the site and the style and content of the web pages. Note the monetization elements, such as Google Ads and Amazon affiliate links, on the pages. Check out top hubs to see what's involved in the best money-making HubPages.
2. Sign for an account at Hub Pages. Choose a user name and settings. You'll have the option to sign up for Google AdSense at this time, but you can come back and do that step after you have some content up.

3.

Write your first Hub page. Think of a topic that interests you and do a quick search to see if it's already covered. Even if it is, there may be an angle others have missed that you can provide. For example, there are thousands of articles about dogs. But is there one about your experience showing your Australian Cattle Dog at the national championship show?
4.

Polish your article and add photos. Hub Pages with pictures are more interesting than those without, and tend to rank higher.
5. Promote your articles with links on your social sites and by social bookmarking. Send links to family and friends who may be interested in reading your articles.
6. Optimize your monetization outlets on the page. Be sure to sign up with Google AdSense, Amazon and the others available. You can even become a Hub Pages affiliate and earn money for referring writers.
7.

Continue to write your Hubs and focus on quality content. Use phrases you'd Google, in your title and body, to increase rankings with the search engines. But don't overdo it! Write in a natural tone and above all, deliver good content to your readers. The money will usually follow.

How to Increase Clicks on Google Ads

1. Write keyword-rich content for your website. Google AdSense scans your website and displays advertisements that match the keywords that your articles use. If Google is unable to determine the correct advertisements to display, your readers may see generic ads -- or no ads at all. If you run an article through a text analysis tool, you should clearly be able to determine its topic from the most common words and phrases.
2. Select colors for your AdSense units that blend well with the design of your website. Google allows you to customize the background, text and link colors of each AdSense unit, and a unit that looks the same as the rest of your website will look like website content rather than sticking out as an advertisement -- which readers will naturally look away from.

3. Try different AdSense unit sizes and locations. Google offers AdSense units units ranging from the large 728-by-90 pixel Leaderboard to the 125-by-125 pixel Button. If you find that an AdSense unit is performing poorly on your website, change the size and place it in a different location. For example, the 160-by-600 pixel Wide Skyscraper is intended for a website's sidebar area, while the 468-by-60 Banner tends to fit well at the top or bottom of an article.
4. Place AdSense units next to the most important content on a page. Visitors are likely to look at a website's navigation bar and article titles. Most readers will read the beginning of an article, but not all will read the article through to the end. Therefore, an advertisement above the primary content of a page tends to achieve a high CTR because most visitors will look at it before leaving the page.

How to Make Money With Google Software

1. Create a website. If you don't already have a website you wish to use with AdSense, you can use one of several free options such as Blogger, WordPress, or Google Sites to create a site and fill it with content.
2. Create an AdSense account from Google's website using the 'Sign Up Now' button. You can tie your AdSense account to an existing Google account, or create a new account for its use.

3. Enter the URL of your website in the 'Website Information' section. Google will review your website to ensure it meets the terms of use guidelines for AdSense before approving your account. If you wish to use more than one site, start with one and you can add more later.
4. Enter your mailing address in the 'Contact Information' section. Use your actual address and ensure its accuracy, as Google will send your AdSense payments here.
5. Read the three policy agreements and check the corresponding boxes to certify your adherence. Click 'Submit Information' to continue.
6. Wait for your account to activate. This may take some time, as Google must first review your site. You will receive a notification e-mail when your account is active.
7. Sign in to your AdSense account from Google's website.
8. Add AdSense to your website. Many site providers, including Blogger (references below) and Google Sites have built-in methods of adding AdSense content via gadgets or toolbars. You can also use the 'AdSense Setup' tab from within your AdSense account to view different methods of ad delivery.

How to Create Income with Google AdSense

1. Display high-paying keywords. Your Google AdSense revenue will depend on which ads are pulled up as your web page is shown. If you write your website content around desirable big ticket items that have large profit margins, advertisers will most likely spend more bidding on those keywords than someone selling inexpensive products or offering free information. Thus, you need to research and target the high-paying keywords to maximize your AdSense revenue. This will create residual income for you as you create your content once but get paid for it over and over again, each time someone clicks on the ads. Google has a keyword research tool that helps you research high-traffic and high-paying keywords.
2. Maintain keyword-rich content. Provide your website visitors with up-to-date, relevant information so that they will revisit your website regularly. In addition to this, when you are creating your website content, you need to pay close attention to make your content keyword-rich, containing high-paying keywords to generate maximum AdSense income. Always keep in mind that quality content is key to your long-term success and the way to make more money online.

3. Drive traffic. You need to drive a lot of targeted traffic to your website so many visitors will produce a lot of clicks on your ads in return. To attract people to search for useful information, you need to provide the information that your targeted market is looking for on your website. The more targeted traffic that you attract to your AdSense website, the more likely it becomes for your visitors to click on your targeted Google AdSense ads. When you are doing your marketing online, make sure to research and advertise in places where your targeted market is actively searching for information.

How to setup Google Places tags

1. Start by choosing one of the six available tag options: photos, videos, coupons, menu, reservations or posts. Once you've selected a tag option, Google will display the tag within two business days and sometimes sooner. Tags do not make listings display more often; they merely grab the attention of people looking for businesses related to their search. For example, if three companies are listed for a specific area and all have similar titles and content, but only one business has a tag, that's the page many users will visit because it appears that Google is highlighting this business.
2. Monitor how a tag is performing on your Google Places account dashboard. Weekly updates help you track the tag's performance. Tags can be changed at any time. Many businesses run coupons for a limited time and after the coupon expires, the business might post information about their service and add a photo or another tag to attract local customers.

3. Experiment with the different tags. Each business model is different and customers may react to tags in different ways, depending on the product or service offered. Think about what a customer might expect to find from an online search. For a restaurant, a menu is the most likely choice, while a grocery store could benefit from running a special coupon. A company that offers a service might provide a short video to acquaint customers with what they offer. For a hotel, photos or reservations would be good tags to choose.

How to Create a Game Website for Free

1. Get a free Web host (see Resources). The Web host is where your game website resides on the Internet. The Web host will have built-in tools you can use to upload files and design and build your website. Many free Web hosts also offer tools to help promote your website.
2. Design your game website to be fun. Bright colors and easy-to-navigate menus are best. You don't want visitors to leave your website before they get to the fun. Create different game categories to make it easy for visitors to find what they're looking for. You don't want them to have to go through games in every category if all they want are puzzle games. Five or six general categories should do the trick, including card games, shooter games and logic games.

3. Acquire as many different games for your website as you can find. There are many websites on the Internet that offer free games you can embed with code into your web page (see Resources). If you want to include exclusive games on your website, post an advertisement on your website inviting developers to submit games.
4. Generate Web income by using a pay-per-click service such as Google AdSense. Google AdSense places content-related advertising on your website, and you can earn money when visitors click through the ads. The more visitors who come to your website the more clicks you're likely to get.
5. Promote your website by including a link to it whenever you send out emails. Promote the site on social networking pages like MySpace and Facebook. Offer to trade links with other websites to generate more traffic. Keep your site updated. Add new games regularly. This will keep visitors coming back.

How to Get Paid to Advertise on the Internet

Affiliate Marketing
1. Choose an affiliate network and sign up for a free account. Some of the most popular affiliate networks include ClickBank, Amazon Associates and Commission Junction. These are sites completely dedicated to connecting businesses with independent affiliate marketers so sales can be made.
2. Choose a product or service to promote. Affiliate networks often include hundreds of products or services for affiliates to choose. You may have better luck choosing to promote something that interests you or something that you are very knowledgeable about already. For example, if you have auto mechanic experience, you may wish to advertise car parts from the Amazon Associates program.

3. Establish an advertising method. On the Internet, you can advertise products and services by building your own website, placing paid advertisements on ad networks, developing a social media campaign or even by sending out an email offer to an email list. Sticking with one advertising method is often easier than adopting several at once.
4. Focus on expanding your traffic, subscribers, leads or clickthrough rates. The more eyeballs you have on your advertisement with your personal affiliate link, the more likely you are to make a sale. Spend time creating content or reaching out to people online in your niche. A good advertising campaign takes time, and most affiliates don’t start earning money right away.
5. Collect commissions from any sales. If you make a sale, your affiliate network account will show the commission you earned. Depending on the network you’re with, you may receive payment by PayPal, by mailed check or by another method. If you are able to increase the amount of sales over time, many affiliate networks reward performance by increasing commission rates.
Ad Networks
6. Choose an ad network and sign up for a free account. The most popular ad network on the Internet at the time of publication is Google Adsense.
7. Fetch the code for the text or image ads to place on your website. When it comes to using ad networks, you usually need to own the website you place the ads on. Alternatively, some people who provide content for a site split ad income with the site owners.
8. Place the code to show in the header, sidebar, footer or main content of the site. The goal is to get visitors to click on the ads so you get paid.
9. Work on increasing traffic and page views to the site. You can do this by creating great content on a regular basis and ranking in Google for popular search terms.
10. Collect your earnings. It can take time to get paid with ad networks, since you’ll often only earn a few cents to a couple of dollars per click. Your ad network will notify you when you’ve acquired enough clicks and earned enough money to get paid.

How to Place Ads on a Blog

1. Create a Google AdSense account. This is one of the most widespread services for placing ads on a blog. The service is free to publishers, such as bloggers. Once Google approves your website for advertising, you can create an ad template on the AdSense platform. This template specifies the visual appearance of your ads, including the colors of text, links and background shading. Additionally, the size and type of the ad are set. Ads may be small squares, tall 'skyscraper' blocks or image-based ads, such as banners. Once completed, the AdSense platform provides you with an 'embed' code. Copy and paste this code into any blog post or blog template. The ads will automatically appear and their content is usually associated with the content on your blog. When users click, your AdSense account earns money.
2. Advertise on your blog using the Kontera system. This advertising platform allows you to integrate ads related to the content of your blog. Unlike other advertisements, which take up space on your page, Kontera ads are contextual. Certain words and phrases will trigger the ad on your blog, and they become highlighted on the Web page. When a visitor hovers their mouse over one of these, a pop-up ad appears relating to the highlighted text. It is thus possible for a single blog page to contain many Kontera ads without actually using any space on the screen. The ads may contain text, images or video in their pop-up windows.

3. Write the advertisements yourself and earn income from the products or services you discuss. The Blogging Ads service allows you to create a blog post that is itself an advertisement. It is not necessary that you disclose to your visitors that you are promoting a product or service. If the Blogging Ads system approves your blog post, you are paid for the publishing it on your site. An advantage to this system is that your blog does not appear to have advertisements. You choose what appears and when. Additionally, you are paid regardless of the behavior of your visitors. They do not need to click on anything to generate revenue from the ad. Unlike other ad services, however, the ads are not automatically created so consistent time is required for you to place ads on your blog in this way.

1. Sign up for Adsense at the website listed below. Once all of the steps are completed, you'll receive HTML code to place on your pages to generate the ads.

How to Make Money with Google Adwords

1. Before you sign up for an account with Google Adwords, you should join a affiliate group such as Commission Junction or Pepperjam Network. You can go directly to the advertisers but I have found that you may not get paid on a timely basis.
2. Once you join an affiliate network, you should find yourself a niche. This should be something that you are passionate about and can promote. Being passionate about something means that you will be able to relate to the people searching for the product.

3. Now you should join Google Adwords. It is a quick and painless process.
4. Start to write your ads. You should start to write your ads to be specific to the keywords identified in your topic. Write multiple ads for each product you sell because you never know which one will be most appealing to the general public.
5. Monitor your ads. You need to keep a close watch on all of the ads you write in order to prevent major losses. You will lose some money at some time because not everything will work. It will take several months of solid work (an hour or so a day) to be able to sit back and watch the money flow in.

Look at lingo online that you can get away with in a writing style and use it. Don't use slang or abuse words, use them progressively so that your audience will keep reading your work.

How to Develop Sell Turnkey Websites on eBay

1. Brainstorm a list of 10 to 15 website topics that you believe meet two criteria: They should be topics people are interested in, and they should be ones that do not already have thousands of websites devoted to them.
2. Use a keyword tracker like Wordtracker.com to perform your keyword research for each topic. A keyword tracker is an invaluable tool because it tells you how often people search for the keywords you have in mind, suggests related keywords, and tells you how many websites already exist that use a particular keyword or keyword phrase. The key to a successful turnkey website business is keyword research.

3. Purchase a Web hosting reseller account. Look for one that allows you to have unlimited domains on one account. You will create new turnkey websites on this Web hosting account, then include a free year of hosting in the website package when you sell it.
4. Purchase a domain name for the website. The domain name ought to include your main keywords, if possible.
5. Choose a template for the website. There are many free templates available online. Load the template into your web design software.
6. Set up an Amazon.com affiliate storefront with items relating to the topic of the website. Follow the instructions to embed your Amazon.com storefront into the website. See the Resources section of this article for a link.
7. Add any extra features you think will increase the value of the website. Some good---and free---things to include are an open-source content management system like Joomla or Drupal, to make updating the site simple for the buyer.
8. Publish the website on your Web hosting account. Load the website in your browser and verify that it loads correctly.
9. Take screenshots of the front page of the website and of the storefront pages, as well as any extra features you include in the website.
10. Create a listing on eBay for the website. Be as descriptive as possible in your listing, and be sure to mention the free year of Web hosting, the Amazon Associates affiliate account, and any other extra features you have built into the website that are included in the price of the website.
11. When the website sells, transfer ownership of the domain name, affiliate account, and any other features you included to the buyer. Immediately email the buyer with a username and password to access the Web hosting control panel. If you included a content management system, send them the username and password to administer that as well.

How to Remove My Domain From Adsense

2. Click on 'Adsense for Domains.' This brings up the list of domains associated with your Adsense account.

3. Click on the box next to the domain you want to remove.
4. Click on the 'Actions' arrow, and then select 'Remove Domain.'
5. Click 'Yes' when 'Are you sure you want to remove the domain' appears. The domain is now removed from your Adsense account.
6. Access your domain account with your registrar. Enter the domain editor or manager and access the 'CNAME' and 'A' fields. Remove the Google Adsense URLs from the fields and replace them with the desired server address. Contact your specific registrar if you need assistance with the process.

How to Improve CTR on Landing Pages

1. Add multimedia to your landing page to make it stand out from the hoard of landing pages that clutter the Internet. Use video to convince visitors that your site is professional, and to differentiate it from other pages.
2. Place the most important information on the site where customers will see it as soon as they land on the page. Design your site so everything critical is placed on the site in a location where customers don't have to scroll in order to see it.

3. Test different colors on your pages. Experiment with background, font, banner and border colors. Track all your results and let each combination run for a few days to see which one achieves the best results. Color influences human behaviour in subtle ways, and the right color combination can cause people to take certain actions.
4. Split-test different headlines to find the one that converts into the most clicks. Create headlines that are attention grabbing and which are clear and to the point.
5. Avoid techniques that make customers think that they are being scammed, or that they have landed at a site that purely exists to make money for its owners. This mainly means avoiding pop-ups, pop-unders and flashing banners that promise prizes. These are all red flag for most visitors.

How to Enable Ratings on All Articles in Joomla!

1. Move your cursor over the 'Content' menu in the back-end administrator. Select 'Article Manager' from the drop-down list. The article manager displays a list of articles on the website and the 'Article Manager Menu' in the top right of the page.
2. Click on 'Parameters' in the 'Article Manager Menu.' The current window will dim and the 'Articles Global Configuration' window will open.

3. Click the 'Show' button in the third section next to 'Article Rating/Voting.' This turns on article rating for any article displayed on the website. Click on the 'Save' button at the top of the window to save the setting change.
4. Click on 'Preview' above the 'Article Manager Menu' to view the site. Browse the articles and verify that rating is displayed for each article. Some articles may have rating turned off and will require editing the advanced parameters for that article. An article's advanced parameters override the global article parameters.
5. Click on an article in the 'Article Manager' to open the article for editing. Click on 'Parameters - Advanced' on the right side of the screen to edit the article's advanced parameters. Select 'Use Global' from the drop-down list next to 'Article Rating.' Click 'Save' in the 'Article Manager Menu.' Repeat this step for any article that doesn't show rating or voting in the display.

How to Set Up an URL for a Web Page

1. Purchase a domain name from a registrar. By purchasing a domain name, you will register it as your own and be able to control where the domain resides. There are many registrars available such as GoDaddy, Register.com, Enom, Network Solutions and Dream Host, to name a few. Many registrars also provide web hosting and vice versa. Domain names typically cost between $2.00 to $10.00. per year, as of 2010. '.com' is the most expensive; '.net,' .org,' and '.info' are progressively less expensive.
2. Open a shared hosting account with a web host. If your website becomes popular, you can upgrade to a VSP or dedicated server at any time. Depending on the registrar you purchase your domain from, you may be able to also host with them. Web hosts typically charge on per month basis and offer options for monthly and yearly payment options. Some of the web hosts available are GoDaddy, DreamHost, HostMonster and HostGator.

3. Redirect your domain's nameservers, also referred to as 'DNS,' to the IP address of your web host's nameservers. Your domain will have two nameservers, 'Nameserver 1' and 'Nameserver 2.' Your web host will provide you with an address for each nameserver. The addresses will look like, 'ns1.your-host.com' and 'ns2.your-host.com.' You will need to refer to your web host/registrar for the specific address and instructions on how to redirect your domain's nameservers.
4. Upload the files for your web pages. Log in to the cPanel on your hosting account and go to the 'File Manager.' Click on your domain name to be taken to the root folder for its directory. Upload the index.html file and other associated files for your website. You may also choose to use your host's script installer to install a website automatically for you, which will vary in procedure from host to host.
5. Wait at least 24 hours for the change to take effect. Once the redirection of the nameservers has completed, your domain name will now be the URL of your web page. For example, by typing 'http://your-domain-name.com' you will be taken to your web page.

How to Make $3,000 a Month in Passive Income

1. Choose the method, or methods, of how you would like to make a passive income. Affiliate sales are commissions on products, usually downloadable, paid to you when a sale is made through your affiliate code. Click per action, CPA, is cash paid when a visitor to your site performs a certain action such as completing a form, providing contact information or signing up for a service. The difference between affiliate sales and CPA is you don't have to make a sale for CPA. Advertising income is earned when a visitor to your site clicks on an advertisement. Set goals for each of the methods that total $100 per day. You might decide that $10 per day in advertising revenue, $25 in CPA and $65 in affiliate sales commissions is doable.
2. Select the products you wish to promote. Find affiliate products through Clickbank, Commission Junction, Amazon.com, or search by brand name affiliate. Companies such as Groupon or Angie's List have affiliate programs as well. Ensure the product has a nice size payout. If the commission is only $10 you'll have to sell 300 products a month, or 10 a day to make $3,000 per month. If the commission is $25 per sale, you only have to sell four per day to make your number.

3. Monetize your website with Google AdSense. Research keyword phrases that relate to your selected method and products you wish to promote. Google AdSense keyword tool tells you how many searches were made for a keyword phrase and the competition for that keyword phrase from advertisers. You can find out what the cost per click is for the phrase on the Google AdSense traffic estimator. That is what the advertiser pays. That pay is split between Google and you. You don't have be an advertiser to use the tool. Keyword phrase selection is important. The search engines will place you higher on the search results page, that means more visitors and a higher potential to earn your $3,000 per month.
4. Register a domain that includes your main keyword phrase. For example if you've selected a weight loss product you might want to register 'www.loseweightfast.com' or 'www.tipstoloseweightfast.com' if you're promoting a book on homemade dog food, your domain might be 'www.healthyhomemadedogfood.com.'
5. Find a Web host company. Set up your website or blog. For newcomers to Internet marketing a blog is less of a hassle than a static website. Fantastico is a program on most control panels at your Web host. In Fantastisco, select a blog platform. With a click of your mouse your blog will be set up on your domain. Write blog posts that include your keyword phrase in the title of the post and once in each paragraph. The blog posts should have your affiliate links to the products you're promoting and your CPA links.
6. Promote your website or blog by submitting it to the main search engines. Write articles about the topic of your website or blog. Include a link to your blog using your keyword phrase as the text. Submit the articles to directories. This sets up backlinks pointing to your website.
7. Use other methods of traffic generation such as pinging your website or blog, setting up a network of free sites such as HubPages, Xanga, Weebly and Squidoo and posting on discussion forums with your keyword phrase linking back to your blog. The more targeted visitors to your site, the higher the probability you'll make $100 a day.

How to Get a Code to Post a Link

1. Browse to the hypertext link of which you desire to copy the actual HTML URL link. Hover your mouse pointer over the text of the link, but do not highlight the text itself, or the text will be copied instead of the HTML link code.
2. For Microsoft Internet Explorer and Firefox browsers, hover the mouse pointer over the link and click the right mouse button once, then left-click on 'Copy Link Location' to get the link code into your system clipboard.

3. Hover your mouse pointer onto the location where you want to paste the link into your document and left-click once to move the cursor to that location. Once the cursor is positioned at the desired location in your document, right-click and then in the dialog box that appears click 'Paste' and the actual web URL link code will then be pasted into your document.

How to Create Revenue From a Blog

1. Begin your quest for wealth by building your e-mail list of people who have visited your website. All of your efforts to make money on your website depends on the number of visitors it has. So the more people you can encourage to return, the more money you will make. Add a sign-up form to every page of your website; and have people join your list by offering them information that is not contained in your website.
2. Once your website has thousands of people frequently returning to it, you can begin to sell advertising space to other bloggers or to websites that are not blogs. You will earn a commission each time one of your visitors goes to an advertiser's website. This can be a time-consuming task, so there are companies that will do it for you. Go to one such website listed below.

3. Add banner advertising to your website that encourage your visitors to go to websites that sell product. Each time they buy a product, you will receive a commission for having sent them there. The only caveat is that those affiliates sell product that consistent with your website. For instance, if your website is about cars, do not have a banner advertisement featuring gourmet foods. Not only will banner ads generate you more revenue, they will help spruce up your website.
4. Plug the Google Adsense program into your website. You can easily become a member by going to Google's website, click on the link, “advertising programs”, then follow the directions. Once you have followed the instructions, advertising from Google's participants will appear on your website. Each time a visitor clicks one one, you will be paid a commission. Commissions can range from a few cents to a lot more, depending on your category.
5. Place hyperlinks on keyword phrases in each blog you post that will enable the reader to go to an affiliate's website. Each time that affiliate sells a product to a person who came from your website, you will earn a commission.
